Hyatt Place Baltimore/BWI Airport

Was exactly what we needed. Very clean and near to airport. No complaints.

Our entire extended family stayed here over Thanksgiving and the hotel was perfect for our needs. The pool was fun for the younger kids, and the teenagers enjoyed the fitness center. The free breakfast was much better than the usual fare. The rooms were huge and the third bed (pull-out sofa) was actually comfortable. The in-room fridge was a welcome bonus. The location is not really near any attractions but that didn't matter to us because we were there to visit family. The hotel staff were super-friendly and welcoming.

I love Hyatt Place. Each room, no matter where I go in the country is the same, lending me a bit of consistency on the road even though I'm in a different place each night. Hyatt Place has all of the benefits of a "full service" hotel without the price gouging for extras like parking, internet and breakfast. Best hotel chain around.

Breakfast room and usual fluff was fine, as was the basic room size. The problem was a tiny bathroom where you could not even fully open the door and a air handler that repeatedly went on and off with a very loud roar, as though one was testing recent repairs to an airline engine. This did not assist slumber.

We had a great time in Baltimore and the hotel was really nice! Awesome value, everything was very close by and the staff was friendly. We were very happy and will be staying there again!!

My sole purpose in booking at this hotel was to be in close proximity to Baltimore and DC without paying an arm and a leg; I think I did rather well. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The rooms weren't the typical hotel rooms; they were very well designed in terms of space and comfort. I wish that I could've taken the pillows and beds with me because they were so comfortable. Everything was clean. There was a business area where I could easily access the internet. There's a Ruby Tuesday on the adjacent lot that was open pretty late. I missed breakfast, but there was an IHOP, Denny's, and Mikie's (a mom and pop restaurant that serves really good breakfast all day) within 5 miles of the hotel. When I'm traveling to Maryland again, I definitely know where to stay.

We arrived late at night and only stayed one night. The sink drained very slowly. The bathtub drain was clogged and filled up during even a short shower. The water glasses had sticky residue and fingerprints on them; clearly, they had been used and not replaced by housekeeping. I reported these matters to the front desk when checking out and the young lady could not have cared less. There are a lot of other perfectly fine hotels at or near BWI; why put up with this?

I've enjoyed my stay. Very comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable and great breakfast, would stay again

We actually wont be staying here again. We didn't like the fact that there is no microwave available. We also didnt like that they charge for coffee in the morning. the continental breakfast was just cereal and oatmeal. The rooms were very dated, it smelled a little musty and there was no sink in the small bathroom. you have to go outside of the bathroom to wash hands. kind of gross. We stayed at wynngate when in baltimore.....it was a lot better and cheaper. going back there again
