Hyatt Place Baltimore/BWI Airport

Clean, comfortable and great breakfast, would stay again

We actually wont be staying here again. We didn't like the fact that there is no microwave available. We also didnt like that they charge for coffee in the morning. the continental breakfast was just cereal and oatmeal. The rooms were very dated, it smelled a little musty and there was no sink in the small bathroom. you have to go outside of the bathroom to wash hands. kind of gross. We stayed at wynngate when in baltimore.....it was a lot better and cheaper. going back there again

Staff was etremely helpful. We had trouble with the cable signal to the TV, called the front desk and had someone at the door to fix the problem in less than five minutes, We went to a show at the convention center, the front desk recommended taking the rail into town and provided us with shuttle transport to and from the rail. Great service !!

We were in town for a wedding in Washington DC. Everything was fine until we had to interact with the staff. We requested an extra blanket and the person at the front desk stood there while waiting for the blanket to arrive yawning in my face over and over. I understand you may be tired, an on night shift, but come on!! The continental breakfast ends at 10 am. I am ok with that, but asking to replenish the bread for toast 20 minutes prior to the breakfast ending should not be that much of an inconvenience. I then tried to get coffee at the same time and BOTH containers were empty. I asked for more and the front desk staff actually said "the complimentary coffee comes with breakfast. That's gone, but you can buy some coffee!! $7.00 later for two cups of coffee I was livid. We were there the whole weekend and the room was not cleaned or serviced once. I love the Hyatt Place as a hotel, but this location leaves a lot to be desired!!

The room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed. The room reminds you more of a suite because of the size, spacious sofa and lounging area. Very clean.

I staying for 3 days, the staff was helpful in finding places near by to go shopping and find things that I needed.

i was surprised at how nice this hotel was for the price! very convient and close to everything. i would definitely stay there again.

I was looking for the perfect retreat for writing. This hotel is perfect. My room was spacious and clean, and most of all the hotel was quite and restful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect because when I needed a change of scene there was a movie theater, and a variety of places to eat close by. My stay was very enjoyable and I will be staying at Hyatt Place again.

Very peaceful and clean. No disturbances at all. Great location near the airport and mall. Reasonable price and flawless self check in services.

Everyone at front desk was great. [...] even sat down with us to show us easiest way to get into DC and included very helpful tips......like get a Smartcard at Metro station or you can't get out of lot! Housekeeping was also very helpful and honored requests made. Rooms are HUGE and all are suites with a large sitting room as well as separate room for beds! Very very comfortable!
