[...]...woken up by room service on Saturday with a question about my breakfast order 45 minutes before food ... arrived...horrible food and dirty linens on the food cart... GROSS!!! [...] Woken up at 9:45 a.m. on Sunday by housekeeping even though check-out is 12:00....and had to drive another 6 hours home after getting no rest at all. I've stayed at a lot of different places and I expected much better from a Hilton property.....plenty of hotels in this area...pick another one!!!

Our stay at the BWI Hilton was fantastic! The close proximty to the airport and being able to take the shuttle to the ... airport and leaving my car at the Hilton was definitely a plus. I would definitely stay at the Hilton again. Thanks so much for a great stay.

We were there for a wedding and the hotel was conveniently located within 5 min from hotel and about 15 from downtown, Inner ... Harbor and most all the tourist attractions that Baltimore has. The staff was very accommodating and with our large party, the hotel bar was very flexible in serving all of us and letting us eat pizza late night in the bar. [...] at the front desk was friendly and made the checking in process enjoyable.I didn't like having to pay $7 for 15 minutes of internet time as well as $.50 for each printed page. Being so close to the hotel its nice to get checked in and print your boarding pass....but not to pay for it especially at a Hilton!Overall, it was clean, comfortable and we would stay there again.

Hotel has a guest laundry, yet no package of detergent available from the desk or anywhere. Dryer sheets are readily ... available at an exorbitant price! This hotel is located nearby the airport, so do not expect small stores....indeed I found 1 store located several miles away, and with no car available, this was very inconvenient. No in room refrigerator save for the mini bar. No nearby restaurants.

This hotel for the money was horrible. The lights in the hotel room didn't work. The water in the shower didn't go down. ... There were no washcloths. The staff was horribly unfriendly. We called to get a shuttle and they left 5 minutes before they were suppose to and we had to wait another half hour for one. It was a horrible stay!

I was looking for a good brand name hotel with reasonable price range. I came across this hotel while I was searching on the ... internet. Eventhough the hotel was a little farther from the convention center, but the commute was easier than I expected. Overall I would stay here again.

I had a very early flight out of BWI in the morning. I found their shuttle service to/from the airport was great except they ... are very punctual and they do not keep track of who is heading to the airport from the hotel in the morning. The problem with this hotel is it is isolated from any other restaurants and night life besides the inhouse restaurant and bar. I did like the rooms and did not check out the fitness facility or pool.

I made the trip because my uncle was hospitalized in the cancer treatment center at the UM at Baltimore Medical Ctr. It was ... a convenient location to the hospital. The hotel was a nice facility. However, the business center was substandard. I had to take time off from work for this trip. I am use to traveling on business and staying connected with emails, etc. The business center's computers were very slow and expensive in comparison with other hotels that provide this same service. The cost was $6.95 for 15 minutes. It hedged on a rip off. I could only access approximately one transaction within the alloted time. For example, performing airline check-in. At other hotels, such as the Marriott, this service is free as well as checking emails and printing.

It was an ordinary experience which was good. The wood covering over the plumbing was dangling from the wall. The room and ... the hotel did not look as fresh as it should. A little dingy for a Hilton that is only 2 years old. The keys to the doors had to be rekeyed twice because they would not work.
