Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport

staff was very friendly and helpful. we had to ship a package and they took care of it. they replaced a missing drink graciously. always had a friendly hello upon entering.

Wonderful, I love everything about it. 24hr gym, loved it of course me being a professional football player my fiancé and daughter and I enjoyed ourselves very much.

A good place to stay overnight if you need to leave early the next day. Close to the airport and car rental place if you get in late too. Good clean facilities and friendly helpful staff.

I went there to attend my son's wedding. Everyone working at the hotel was most courteous to me. I use a walker to get around and they all were very helpful knowing my condition. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It has everything you will ever need at a good location. It wasent to far from the mall. Everything was perfect. In the past trips, so far this is the best hotel I have stayed at in Maryland.

As I walked in, I was greeted in a professional matter and everything was processed very quickly. The problem came when I got to the room. I had requested a room with a King size bed and what I got was 2 queen beds. I called the Front Desk and asked to change and they said that they had no more rooms available. I stated that when I booked the room thru [...], I specifically requested a King and the person was able to confirm that. So then they stated that it was a first come, first serve basis and when I booked, they were already out of rooms with a king size bed. However, I was traveling with a business partner who booked their hotel days after I did, but not thru [...], and he received his room with the King. I am a person of distinguishable size and there is a reason why I request a king size bed.[...]

Shocking that this is an "airport-proximity" hotel and they don't have decent food available 24 hrs. Coffee shop had limited hours; no fresh fruit or muffins in the snack area by reception. Room service was incredibly slow. I was put in a handicap room (I am not), which had about 9 inches of vanity counter space. The lighting was dim, even in the bathroom. There was a locked, empty mini bar in the room. Just put a small fridge in. The alarms on the wall face the bed and they had lights on them that flashed like strobe lights constantly. In the dark, they lit up my bed and I had to sleep with a sock over my eyes. I called maintenance and they said that the flashing is normal, which is baloney. I stayed there for the weekend for a competition, and if it is held at the same hotel next year, I will stay next door and walk over. Very disappointing.

Excellent/quick check-in. Great food on-site. Breakfast starts at 6 so early flights mean no breakfast.
