Good Place

It is rare for me to find a hotel that the temperature and maybe humidity stays consistent through the night. Usually the air gets stale. Other reviewers are correct that this Hotel is a little worn but that didn't hinder my stay.

Mixed Blessing

Great location and wonderful facilities. The rooms were great. HD TVs were of good quality, as was the channel selection. However, the hotel restaurant food and service were seriously lacking. There was also a noticeable lack of responsive service in the hotel bar.

great get away

Great location, great room. Convenient to downtown without being downtown. Breakfast was great. Would book again.

seen better days

Not up to par the typical level of Embassy Suites. My room was basically clean, but smelled of burnt curry. The foldout couch had no stuffing in the arms or the back. I'm sure it was something special in 1982, but now it's just dated. The nickel and diming business has to stop - $11 for internet? Really? Staff is perfectly pleasant - the bartender is exceptionally nice. That's worth something.

You can enjoy yourself here!

I have travel here before. Front desk service is great, room clean and take dip in the pool and jacuzzi. Go to the free cocktail reception and go to the nearby movie theater . Take a nap then go to Baltimore for your night scene. Next morning have a great free breakfast down stairs. Yes there is free WI FI.

Family Reunion

My family reunion was held at this hotel. It was nice to have a suite. It would have been nicer to have a kitchenette with the suite. Free wireless internet would have been even nicer. The bed was comfortable, the couch was not.

Best in Class

The "suites" were really suites, excellent service. We were allowed to leave our car in their lot for a week. The shuttle and drivere were excellent.

BWI Trip

The room was spacious, comfortable, and a little too warm for our tastes, but good nonetheless. Breakfast was good and so was the coffee.

ok

The hotel itself is very nice but I had to wait almost an hour for the shuttle from the airport before I even got to the hotel. All the rooms are facing the courtyard which was little loud sometimes. The room itself was very nice. If you have an early morning flight, the complimentary breakfast does you no good because it doesn't start until later.

Not what we expected

We went to Baltimore to visit my mom's bestfriend and her husband. Our stay at the hotel was not great. The water pressure(8th floor) was awful!! The room needs A LOT of updating. The hotel has a restaurant that has not so good staff,in fact,the hotel seemed to be very under staffed. The breakfast was good and the men that made our breakfast were very nice. This hotel is geared more to the "businessman" and NOT at all for a family vacation.

Go to the Inner Harbor. Too much fun!! Wish we would have had more time to do all the things Baltimore has to offer. BEAUTIFUL city. We had a great time.
