Courtyard by Marriott Baltimore Airport

Nice room. Cleaning crew was a little noise early but otherwise okay.

the hotel was clean and nice most of the personel was very nice I just thinkthe check in staff could have been more informative. We requested information on a neqar by Catholic church and they new of none. Finally another guest over heard us and directed us.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff. The rooms were very clean, the beds and pillows extremely comfortable, and the indoor pool was nice. They offer free wired internet, which was great. The area is lovely, and minutes away from the downtown area.

I would recommemd this hotel to everyone. It is close to the airport with free & courteous shuttle service to and from the airport. The room was very clean. Although we had a balcony room but had no outdoor furniture. The grandchildren were busy at the pool or on the internet. Oh, it would be nice if there was a wall mounted clothes line on the balcony, to dry swimwear on. Ours kinda blew off the balcony rail one night. The staff was ok. I had a question about the printing of boarding passes,to which none of the 3 or 4 staff members I asked could not confirm that I could print all boarding passes for my connecting flight also. They all replied "It should print both," but no one knew for sure. I waited and got the boarding passes at the airport, where I knew I would get all of them. I found a little dust on the monitors and behind them,at the boarding pass printing station and some behind the check in/out station,both on the wall and also on the floor moulding. Which I thought this area was in plain view especially from the waiting/sitting area. But electronic devices do attract dust. As all women know. Maybe it was more noticeable because it was on a black wall. I did tell a staff member about this on my last day. I felt she was more approachable that the others I had seen on duty. I did use the laundry room which could really use a chair. Maybe mount one on the wall just behind the door or under the folding table. The information on the wall stated the washer & dryer run time to be 30 minutes. The washer did but the dryer ran 60 minutes. You either had to go back to your room or sit outside in the courtyard. The grounds are well maintained and the landscaping is very nice. The grandkids really enjoyed the flatscreen tvs mounted on the wall at every dining table. The hotel was quite,clean,comfortable and a real deal for the money. I really expected to pay more for a hotel room that close to D.C. and a Marriott hotel too. I got an exceptional deal on my flights and hotel. This trip was both my grandsons first flight and we visited the D.C. & Baltimore areas. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I'm not complaining at all. You asked for my opinion. Well. you got it.

Visiting MD to attend a concert in Columbia. Great location, in the BWI Hotel District. Only minutes from the airport, but you don't even hear the planes, and didn't take us long to get back from the concert. Very clean place and the staff were top notch. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotels was great not too expensive,it had an eatin area where u could enjoy a drink or two, computers, indoor pool it looked like a little maze garden outside of the pool area.The room nice and clean. pretty big beds were very comfortable. We had a grown ups night out with family/friends. We went to eat at Ruby Tuesdays which was only a couple of minutes away. Then we went to a night club called cancun cantina which was only about 10 minutes away and had both country and r&b on diffrent sides. Just started takin trips it was a nice room quiet area.

Overall the experience was disappointing. I liked the fact that they had free internet but later wished that they had a firewall cos I got a spyware installed on my laptop within the first hour of use. I was asked to sign a disclosure that there will be no party in the room (and only a maximum of 5 are allowed) which was not a problem for me as I was visiting with family. But, what about those irritating noises the building/hotel makes if someone flushed you know what or, took a shower ??

Very clean rooms, stylish lobby, easy access to internet. Great access to public transportation with "on-call" shuttle to airport/light rail.

I ate two breakfasts at the motel. The first morning my order was completely wrong when delivered then cold and dry when corrected. The second morning my order was cold when it should have been warm and I had to remind the staff to bring it to me. Very poor service.

We were visiting MD to spend some time with family. This hotel was very close to the airport and our family. We enjoyed everything in the hotel except when we woke the third morning our coffee,sugar and cream was not replinished so I had to get dressed and go out to lobby to purchase coffee. Front desk did bring (only) the coffee bags 45 minutes later. Other then that our stay was good. We would stay at this hotel again.
