Superior hospitality just two miles from Baltimore airport
The Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, BWI Airport (Baltimore) hotel feels more like home than a hotel. Its cozy lobby welcomes guests with a fireplace, table lamps and hardwood floors. Guests find fresh Otis Spunkmeyer chocolate chip cookies waiting in the breakfast area. The friendly staff serves a fresh (and free) continental breakfast buffet each morning with thoughtful extras like cappuccino and hot cocoa. The free airport shuttle ferries guests to and from BWI every day between 4:30 a.m. and 12:30 a.m.

The hotel was beautiful and welcoming with the holiday decor. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Being close to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet! About the only thing I could think of that would improve this place would be a microwave and small fridge in the room. The breakfast was very nice with hot foods available!

1st stop on my vacation
this hotel was very clean and the staff was the nicest i have ever known. they were very polite from check in to breakfast to shuttle bus to airport then picking us up at the airport and our driver inviting us in for rest rooms and a coffee and cookies before our long trip back home. i will 100% stay here every time i am flying.. thanks again...

Not enjoyable
Hotel does not have ample parking. Had to park in Chili's Parking lot and make sure was move next moringiing so car was not towed. Then had trouble finding parking next morning at 10 am. Desk Staff needs hospitality training. No smiles, no welcome, seemed to be really hard for them to help out. Will not stay again unless I can not find another hotel.

A convenient overnight stay near the airport
A good size room with comfortable bed. Very near to the airport and a Chili's Restaurant next door. Serve a reasonably good breakfast. The only complaint we have is that we have to wait about 30 minutes for the complimentary airport shuttle and no explanation was offered why the driver did not stop for us the first time he drove around the airport pick-up area. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay.

Last minute stay
The staff members were professional, friendly and helpful. Ample free parking. Restaurants very close by. The room was very clean, fresh smelling and spacious. The free breakfast area was well stocked and clean. I called the hotel to get directions when I was in the area and the clerk was able to immediately give me correct directions. This is a very nice place to stay.

Passing through
This was a frinedly and clean place to stay. I was on vacation on only stopping there to rest up. The breakfast was great especially being between 7 to 11.....I would stay again

Lone Wanderer
Great place for some rest
The rooms are fairly large, though my room didn't have a kitchen. The rooms were very clean and cleaning staff maintained that throughout my stay. The hotel offered a robust breakfast (I missed eating at the hotel however.) The location was perfect however, as I was 10 minutes away from Baltimore Inner Harbor, and it was very easy to get from place to place. I recommend this hotel to anyone making a trip near the area, it will not disappoint!

Great Family Gathering
My stay was okay, there is only one concern that I had there were no spoons for breakfast on Sunday 31st. I had to eat my cereal with a fork.(not cool!)
