Every convenience and a staff that aims to please at airport hotel
The Comfort Suites BWI Airport hotel gets high marks all around. It boasts a perfect location (one mile from the airport), extra roomy accommodations (all 137 suites feature separate living and sleeping areas), up-to-date amenities (free Wi-Fi) and an exceptionally friendly staff. Several restaurants are within a five-mile radius of the hotel, and the friendly folks at the front desk share their favorites.

This was my 5th time to stay at this Comfort Suites. Several times before flying out of BWI for Vacation and several times for family functions in the area. I never been dissappointed and always get a better nights sleep than at other hotels.

No frills, but clean, quiet and comfortable
Used this hotel as a staging area before a morning flight home. Room didn't have a lot of frills. But was clean, quiet and comfortable -all we were hoping for, and a very good bargain. The breakfast area has a waffle maker - yum.

Don't stay here if you want to be treated well
I totally regret staying at this excuse for a hotel. My room REEKED of a garbage dump. I asked for one of the two nights to be comped. I thought this wouldn't be a problem given that they have 100% Satisfaction Guarantee promise plastered all over the hotel. The hotel assistant manager showed no interest in helping me, telling me I had go through Orbitz to get anything resolved. She only offered a $10 discount. Pathetic! She also didn't forward calls to my room from family members calling from outside the hotel. Awful!

Excellent early morning flight accomodations
Close to airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Quick grab bag breakfast if you are too early for the regular one. Good selection for regular breakfast. Room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Great room - great staff
We liked the Comfort Suites so much that we ended up staying in Comfort Suites on our drive back home too. The staff was incredibly helpful. Great breakfast!!!!

Great stay though only there a few hours
We were traveling to Ocean City from Ohio. We left Ohio at 9PM and arrived at almost 4AM. Tiffany was on duty at the desk and was wonderful. We slept a few hours and had a great breakfast!

Just what we needed
Needed a place to stay the night before flying out, and got a great deal [...]Clean, well appointed room with a comfy bed fit the bill, and friendly staff made it easy. One complaint - the shower had only one temperature. Luckily, it was a good one.

"Disappointed"
Location is a short distance to the Arundel Mall. Went to the Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament. This was our 2nd trip to the area and 1st stay at the Comfort Suites BWI Airport. Very disappointed in the hotel. Front desk wan't very personable, hair in shower. Had a room with pull out bed. The phone to contact front desk wouldn't work, had to call the hotel on our cell phone to request pillows for the pull out bed! It took them 10 minutes to show up at our room. The breakfast area is way to small for the volume of people that stay over. No where to sit very crowded, had to sit in lobby to eat! We won't be back to this hotel again! We've stayed at other Comfort Inn Suites and loved them and had no problems at all. Like I said we were disappointed.
