Good place for Washington DC
The experience is good. Close enough to Washington DC The nonsmoking room is good and clean. The furnitures are clean too. Just lack of some facilities, like tea maker so that I cannot make hot water

Beautiful room for beautiful price.
Beautiful room, friendly staff, quiet location, only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because everytime we tried to use the room key (only twice, but still) we had to go have it reactivated. That was a pain, but otherwise, no complaints. Room was priced very reasonably, less than you'd pay for a dive down the street. Will not hesitate to stay here again.

Post Christmas Trip to Columbia, MD
I gave this review 3 stars out of 5 because it was a mixed bag. The negatives were:(1)They did not have my [...] reservation(2) The front desk guy was very green (inexperienced). He did not know how to handle my reservation dilemma. (3) Front desk guy did not know where my room was located and so I was left to search for a room I could not find.(4) Bathroom had a big leak (it was raining a lot that day) and toilet seat was cracked.(5) No ice bucket and thin towels(6) Got two double beds (would have liked two queens)The positives were:(1) Great price(2) Nice heater(3) Problems were dealt with quickly (I was given a new room and GM knew his stuff)(4) Great location (right off highway, lots of stores, places to eat and not too far from my Columbia, Md, destination)(5) Microwave and Refrigerator
