The worst service.
I stayed last night and it became my worst stay ever. I will just briefly describe what happened. 10:30am. I called front desk and ask to extend the check-out time. It's usually 11am, but they let me extend until 3pm by $10 extra dollar. I agreed and went back to bad. (I have a terrible sleeping disorder.) 10:45am. House maid wake me up by knocking on my hotel room door. I thought she may not be informed by front desk, and told the house maid that I am checking out at 3pm as I spoke to front desk. 11:00am. Phone call from front desk wake me up. I was asked if I am checking out or extend. I answered that my check-out time is extended until 3pm as I spoke to front desk. 12:00pm. House maid knocked on my door AGAIN. I had to wake up and explain AGAIN. 1:50pm. Front desk's phone call wake me up AGAIN, and said they need to clean the room by 2pm. I explained I am supposed to check out by 3pm. Front desk kept saying they MUST clean the room by 2pm otherwise I need to check out right now. I told her it will take at least 20 minutes for me to be ready to check out. She(front desk) said that I MUST check out NOW. I was upset and I refused to check out anytime before 3pm. Front desk said they will call police if I don't check out NOW. I expressed how unpleasant and uncomfortable I was feeling, but she didn't care. She never let me finish what I was trying to say. (I called 1-800 # of Days Inn Customer Care and claimed my compliant strongly.) 2:10pm. House-maid knocked on the door and asked me when I am supposed to check out. AGAIN. 3:00pm. I went to front desk to check out. The lady at the desk said she forced me to check out because I was rude to her. @.@ I asked where police officers are. She said she didn't call. She just threatened me in purpose. It was the worst stay in my entire life. I won't ever come and use Days Inn unless my complaint gets reflected by management.

WE ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE OF OUR STAY AND STAYED FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKENDS SINCE WE HAD EVENTS TO ATTEND IN THE MARYLAND AREA. WE LOVED THE SERVICES ESPECIALLY THE FIRMNESS OF THE MATTRESS. I WISH THEY HAD A LITTLE MORE VARIETY FOR THE BREAKFAST SUCH AS BACON OR SAUSAGES TO GO WITH THE EGGS.

The reception staff were warm and amicable, the hotel lobby was inviting and clean, my room was quite clean and comfortable and the hotel location afforded me easy access to where ever I needed to get to.

Day's Inn Perferto!
It was a pleasure to stay at Day's Inn! Not too far from where I had to go. Room were clean and even though it was packed, it was very quiet! staff responsive.

Room was great but breakfast needs improvement
The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very poor. There wasn't a good selection of fruit, coffee was weak, items on bar were expired.

Wonderful Stay!!!
The room was very nice. The staff was very accommodating when we asked for additional linens and for extended time. The front desk staff went out of their way to help. The fitness room was sorely lacking,, according to my brother.

Quick to DC
about a 10-15 minute car ride to metro (Univ. of Maryland station), which is about 15 minutes from city center. Not bad for an inexpensive weekend walk-about of city.
