Just ummm confused
when we arrived at the hotel that night it was okay the rooms we got was ok, however we was on our senior trip and we only booked the room for a couple of days however it is close to metro and we did alot of sight seeing so it worked out better to stay over a few more days when we first asked sue something answered the phone and said they was sold out so we packed up and came down to check out the lady demris asked how was our staff and we explanned we wanted to stay she worked her magic and even though they was sold out she managed to get us additional rooms through her manager she and her manager made us feel like we was so important, even calling around finding us a quick appointment when my friend was not feeling well that say morning when we got back from the doctors office our new keys was ready and we was so pleased. I wanted to say the girl that went out of her way for us to stay should be a manager she helped us so much the next few days when we needed something extra she was more then willing to help... I thought they was going to treat us like children but she made us feel like there was red carpet rolled out just for us thanks again front desk lady it was a trip we enjoyed

Would stay again...
Hotel was convenient and clean; only issue was with the advertised "shuttle service" which had no value and did not meet our needs. Metro stop is not close enough to walk to; and we are in good condition and shape :-) Definitely would stay again at that price--met our travel needs for this day trip to DC.

Stay away
When we checked in, we were given a room that either had been refused by someone else or never cleaned by housekeeping. The second room we were given was quickly found to have bed bugs - on the pillows! The gentleman at the front desk was nice, but two major strikes against this place. If you must stay there, check the room out immediately.

Lucky choice
Wanted a comfortable overnight and we found it here. Reception was friendly and polite. Room was very clean and nicely decorated and included refrigerator and microwave. Dinner at the restaurant included perfectly done chicken (hers) and pork chops (his) with fresh vegetables and at a very reasonable price. The Metro is not far and they offer a shuttle.

Subpar
Given the wrong room. Construction early in the morning. Key stopped working at random. Manager arguing with a guest in the lobby as soon as I walked in. Housekeeping woke me up at 8am to remind me that checkout is at 11 even though they tell you when you check in, its posted on the door and its in the email.

Working weekend
I was part of an exciting weekend. I was a volunteer for a tournament and this Radisson location was in the perfect spot. I allowed me to be close to all the activities and there were quite a few other actractions close by, including dining.
