Wasn't too pleased
We came their to relax after enjoying an evening out with friends. The staff was friendly but we were unaware that they leave by 11 pm at the front desk they seemed to have been in a rush to get out. We arrived around 11:10 pm and they stated that they were waiting on our arrival. The bed was very uncomfortable, the TV's were outdated and the screen wasnt very clear. The room did not even have an ironing board we had to wait at least 15 minutes before one was delivered. Compared to previous trips, this hotel stay was a fail for us.

Disappointed
My wife and I stayed one night here, but never would again. The lobby, elevator, and hallways were dirty and smelly. The air conditioner in our room did not work, but there were no available rooms to move into. The room did not provide shampoo, sugar/cream, etc. We will not be staying here again.

Terrible Compared to Others
Even though I asked for late arrival, the entire front desk was locked up. Me and my Bassett Hound, tired from driving 8 hours, entering a hotel with people walking around like drug dealers. The staff lady was very nice, but still many flaws with the place. Room smelled of stale smoke. There was old food in the refrigerator. I didn't feel safe with residents coming and going at all times of the night. Very noisy and distracting my my dog/me. Very dirty and old. Upon check out, the only thing the man asked me for was an email address for a survey. I said 'no thank you' (because emails get hacked all the time and I'm sick of it). I asked him for a copy of my bill and he said he couldn't give me one because I didn't book directly with him. Maybe so, but I gave you my credit card upon check in and I want to make sure my balance is zero. Too bad. Contact the person I booked it through. If this is truly how it works with Extended Stay, they need to work on the process to be more friendly and accommodating to the customer. In part, I am comparing this place to the next hotel I stayed at in Fayetteville, NC and it was like night and day. There really are quality pet-friendly hotels that don't cost an arm and a leg or treat you like a homeless person. Extended Stay is not one of them. I would NOT recommend.

Washington DCにやや長期滞在したいが安くあげたい向きの郊外型ホテル。地下鉄BULE LINEの東端の駅から歩ける距離にある（治安に問題なし）。キッチン付き。アメニティは最低限のみ。ちょっと歩けばSHOPPERSはあるが酒類はない（リカーショップも近くにない）。

ブルーラインの東端の駅（Largo Town Center）
ブルーラインの東端の駅（Largo Town Center）から歩ける範囲にあり治安も問題なし。キッチンがしっかりしている。アメニティは最低限のみ。そこそこの距離にSHOPPERSはあるが酒類を売る店がない。 ホテル代の高いWashington DCで安く長期滞在したい人向け。
