Embassy Suites Baltimore - North/Hunt Valley

I highly recommend this hotel. The majority of the hotel staff is excellent. It is clean and comfortable. They offer the best breakfast (free) of any hotel I have stayed in anywhere in the US.

I stayed at this hotel while I was taking the MD bar exam. Needless to say, I was VERY stressed out, but the hotel's manager reception, the helpful staff, and the AWESOME room service menu did much to relieve some of that stress. Fabulous experience.

Everything was fabulous. The room was clean, the showers were great, the pool was refreshing, hottub relaxing. The bed and couch were comfortable. The open bar and snack that evening and the free breakfast bar the next morning was fantastic. The price was great! We will definetely be staying at an Embassy Suite again.

This was a relaxing trip to visit with family who flew across the country to all met together and hang out. The hotel was very nice but there must have been about three family reunions, and a wedding party, it was very crowded and at time it was literally impossible to get in the pool due to so many people. The water look like a dirty river by the time all of the people passed through it. Despite this fact the hotel was a great stay and may have been more pleasureable had there not been so many people, children, etc at the hotel at one time. The hotel staff did a remarkable job of keeping up with the free breakfast buffet with so many people. Kudos to the staff for that. The pool guy was fabulous and really did a great job managing so many people pass through the pool area.

In spite of rennovation construction it was a very enjoyable stay. As always the friendly staff minimized any inconviences and catered greatly to individual needs such as giving pellets to 2-1/2 yr. old grandson to feed the fish. We come from Frederick, MD, every 6 months or so just to stay here with him. It is a kid friendly place, with many activities that he enjoys. The upgrades from the rennovation such as the flat screen TV's were an enjoyment. Thanks again for a wonderful day.

It was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The room was very large. There was more than enough space for my husband to do work and my children to play. The Koi Pond was fantastic!!! And the free breakfast was great. We would definitely come again.

Went at a time they were renovating. Not much noise, but some inconveniences due to restricted places. Have stayed here a number of times and found the service the usual A++. A new, to me, twist and most enjoyable was the new flat-panel Tvs. Outstanding!!!

Execellent staff services. Breakfast was a suprising bonus. Chefs [...] cooked to each person's specification, really accommodating professinals who can really cook. Best meals, unfortunately, in surrounding area, but free. Staff are the highlight of our stay for 5 nights. When we return for a second visit it will be to be with staff and have breakfast with Chefs [...]. Rooms were clean but a peculiar odor. Maybe cause by new carpeting or refregerator being enclosed under cabinet???? Drapes should be clean more often. Otherwise a great place to stay.

We checked into our room with no problem. The hotel is being totally renovated. We were first booked into a new room that did not have any air conditioning, but did have a fan in the closet. As it was in excess of 90 degrees, we found this unacceptable. After a wait of approximately one half hour, we were given a choice of three rooms (one of which had no air conditioning). The room we selected appeared to be fine, but the drain for the sink in the kitchenette area had not been correctly installed and water leaked onto the carpet. Also, the remote control for the television had to be replaced. Finally, the restaurant was not open for dinner and we had to opt for room service. We attribute all of the problems to a lack of management oversight.
