Chase suite hotel hunt valley
Disappointing. Supposedly upgraded - glad I didn't see it before. Carpets were frayed and stained. Paint on fixtures - no taping? Rusted nails in shower/bath sticking out where one could be cut. Housekeeping disorganized; ten minutes before 3:00 is still too early for check in! Front desk woman overwhelmed. She was trying her best, but she needed some help; between the phone, hand radio, customer wanting to pay cash, rooms not ready, people wanting to check in, and others wanting who knows what.

Like a nice apartment near the woods
The thing that I liked about Chase Suite Hotel the most was the fact that it was a cool studio apartment and it didn't feel like some bland depressing hotel. The furniture, TV and lighting were nice and the environs behind it were great. They allow pets and it gave me a lot of options on where to take them for a nice evening stroll. The staff is nice and I thought everything about the place was tastefully put together. This is now my "go-to" place for when I need to stay in Hunt Valley, MD. I also like how it's not smack dab in the middle of a bunch of noise and other businesses. It's tucked away in a quiet place but literally less than 5 minutes from the Hunt Valley Town Center, which has a killer supermarket (Wegman's) and lots of other nice shops. You really get a lot for your money here. It's 4/5 star quality at a really affordable price. I'm DEFINITELY going back! It's a place where you feel like you're at home and can relax.

Great potential,, but...
We were in Baltimore for Goucher College Family weekend. We were arriving Friday; more family arriving Saturday. The additional family were older relatives in their 80s; when making the reservation, and twice again when we arrived, we asked that our rooms be close together. We knew we would be arriving very late, so we called ahead to say so. We were told everything would be fine. Everything was not fine. From being given an already occupied room; to having my elderly relatives nowhere near our room (they were, in fact, as far away from our room as they could be); to the stained bedspread which was not changed (they brought one while we were at dinner, when we returned we found one spread wadded up on the bed, another wadded up on the couch); to their inability to print us a receipt upon checkout, and not asking how our stay was; to the promised email receipt that we never got; to the unanswered emails I've sent requesting that receipt and explaining my disappointment -- I don't know how the service could have been worse.

Chase Suites Hotel - MD
There were bugs in the room. The staff referred to them as 'stink bugs' and shrugged them off as nothing to worry about. Other guests had the same complain. We don't plan on staying there again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was ok except for the smoke detector that was hanging by wires, not flush with the ceiling. Hotel itself very nice, well kept. Grounds are beautiful. Breakfast was ok, just needed better, more common choices of hot entrees. We had corned beef hash the first morning and then biscuts and gravy the second morning.

Overall: Good value for the price
Overall facility layout and maintenance: exceptional Staff: VERY friendly, helpful and attentive Brkfast & social hour: Very good Full kitchen, very clean, living area with large flat screen TV a strong positive. But cracked lampshade, torn sofa cover, flimsy bed cover and several areas of staining diminished what could have been a "5" experience.

Great place to stay
This is a very nice place to stay with a family. there is plenty of room to stay nfor 4 adults in the suite we stayed in this trip. With more than 4 adults it is better to stay with the suites that have two bathrooms and an upstairs. There is also a very nice full kitchen in each suite. Breakfast is included in one's stay, which includes a daily hot entree, fruit, hot and cold cereals, bagels, muffins, choice of juice, coffee, tea, and milk, etc. You can eat as little or as much as you like. The hotel also is a few minutes drive from many restaurants, several grocery stores, and other shopping. It is also right off of the highway so that one can get downtown quickly as well as from one side of the suburbs to another. We frequently stay here when we come to Baltimore.

Great place to stay for business or pleasure
The suite was large and offered alot of comfort during my stay. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and I got a great night sleep. The location was great since I was less than a mile from my business meeting.
