Clean rooms, free Wi-Fi and friendly staff -- airport hotel done right
A warm welcome awaits weary travelers at the Ramada BWI Airport Arundel Mills hotel. Each room boasts new furniture, new beds and free Wi-Fi, and the on-site restaurant, Parkstone Grille, serves regional favorites (shrimp, Maryland Crab Cakes) alongside standbys (burgers, pasta). On certain nights, the hotel lounge transforms into a karaoke scene; other nights you might find an open-mic crowd or a DJ spinning tunes. All told, it's the little perks guests appreciate most: Free breakfast, free parking and a free roundtrip shuttle ride to the airport.

Not what I expected
the beds are like hard like rock, continental breakfast is not a continental breakfast. only good think is that is close to the airport.

Verry g0ood resturant at reasonable prices.
Easy to and from Washington DC and also Baltimore, MD. Only two or three minutes from BWI Rental Car Return.

Everything was good except that on Sunday morning breakfast had no attendant and the desk clerk had no time to deal with problems.

Old lodging needs major update
The Ramada Inn, Hanover (near BWI) is in need of serious help. The building has not been renovated in years, the room was okay. The bathroom was passable, the shower curtain rod had either mold growing on the bottom side or was rusting out and causing the chrome to blister. The A/C unit sounder like I was in the engine test chamber. The fan was hitting the cooling coils...extremely noisy. Could not have the A/C for more than 3-5 minutes at a time. Room service was about as bad. I had to call 3 times before the phone was answered. I placed my order, was told the food would arrive in 15 minutes, which it did. The food was delivered, only one receipt. Ordered french fries w/burger for an additional $1.50, came with chips instead. Do not waste your time staying here. You will be disappointed!

hotel guru
pretty bad hotel
bad experience the remote to the tv was out of date the guy had to try like 8 diffrent codes it seemed kinda creepy its rather unclean and the breakfast was suppose to last til 10am however the guy that had to put away the one waffel maker wanted to shut every thing down at 9:30 i wouldnt use my money here unless you looking for a cheap quickie .

Service Oriented
Service is very important
The hotel in general feel & smells unclean & old. No security on who is going in or out (electonicly or humanly). I was visiting my injured son. Hotels with the same star should be better services like more TV channels, elevators,
