Holiday Inn Express BALTIMORE-BWI AIRPORT WEST

We were right in between baltimore and the greenbelt DC metro station, and we went to both so the location was spot on with a ton of great restaurants within a solid 15 minutes max. We're very sensitive to smokey smells, and the hall of our floor smelled like smoke slightly, but the room was fine. The room felt a little crowded, but that's mostly because it had a small-refrigerator and microwave in it, and while those took up a little space, they were definitly nice to have in the room! Also, the beds rather hard. The staff there was VERY nice. While we have stayed at technically nicer places, this was very nice for the price and location! We'd definitly stay here again!

I arrived late after my flight was delayed but the hotel was very helpful and available even at the late hour. The shuttle service was on time and the drivers very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, clean and very comfortable.

There are so many other choices close to BWI-I would not pick this hotel. The hallways were not clean, they combine smoking and no-smoking rooms on the same floors, the bed was lumpy and obviously a very old mattress and then to top it off they did not give me my wake up call-making me almost miss my flight. The comment made to me by the front desk clerk was was , "your phone did not seem to be working so I assumed you had already left."

Our room was very clean. Located only a few minutes' drive from Arundel Mills mall and BWI. Inexpensive, long term parking if you book a room and leave from BWI. Also not far from downtown Baltimore. Only negative was the heater/AC -- it worked great, but it was very noisy, to the point of waking us up when it turned on.

Advertised as an airport hotel. True, the hotel is 6 miles or so from the airport[...]. Although the hotel advertises free parking[...]. Additionally, the staff is quite confrontational and unaccommodating regarding this matter. Find somewhere else to stay.

We always stay here when going through BWI. Aiport Shuttle, great breakfast, friendly service, Denny's straight in front, and the price is usually just slightly more than the cheapest second that has a airport shuttle. This hotel also allows dogs which is helpful for us on occasion.

Very near to airport, and the outlet mall. Lots of restaurants close as well.

The staff was very helpful to us. The transportation they provide to the airport was excellent. There were a lot of people there but the hotel was quiet.

It is so good to be in a clean first class facility like this. Great location. Anything I needed was provided. Nothing was too hard. Everyone was so nice!

This was an Express? I have stayed at regular Holiday Inn's and I really didn't see much difference with this being an "Express" I was very impressed, there was even a micro wave and a little fridge in the room! and the King bed was the same price as any other room.
