Good for a traveller just passing through.
Fairly small room for the price, but location, location, location. Breakfast options presented were good, but also very expensive. Staff is very friendly, when I was checking in, there was a system crash that took out all but one terminal, and the manager present offered complementary drinks to those of us in line. I'd recommend it to someone who's just looking for a close by place to enjoy the casino or the mall.

Bit of a move
Fantastic Stay
The hotel was fantastic. When you first enter the hotel the décor is very modern with a bit of a retro feel. The staff was extremely polite and very helpful. When I arrived in my room it was very clean and you could tell the staff put care into getting everything ready for your stay. There was a bit of a problem with my door but when I called the front desk the maintenance was there within five minutes. The hotel location was very convenient and close to allot of store and restaurants. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to my friends in the future.

A Loft Hotel-Hanover, MD
This was my 2nd time staying w/ this hotel chain. I found the accommodations to be above & beyond my expectations! The staff was very friendly & efficient & went out of their way to ensure my complete satisfaction! I would recommend this hotel & its affiliated locations to friends & family.

Shopping tip:
Short drive from hotel
While there is a huge local shopping center w/in walking distance, the travel on foot is not recommended on account of safety... There is a large & busy intersection nearby! But the shuttle service is very accommodating @ almost ANY HOUR!

Beautiful Hotel
The hotel staff was very helpful. My flight was cancelled the morning I needed to leave Baltimore. the staff was extremely hwelpful to help me get information printed.

outstanding hotel experince
outstanding experience with great service loved the fact that this was a meduim priced hotel with great extras, the exercise facitilies were superior, great pool, and the rooms were nice althoughts small for me for a single but lovely. its was locations in a good location close to airport, shopping across the street and easy access to the interstate. would gladly stay there again if i ever got the chance

Nice but Small
Check in was uneventfull. The clerk was not friendly at all. It almost seemed like I was bothering her. She looked up at me once while talking to me and when she handed me my key she turned away and started to do something else. I asked her where were the elevators and she seemed suprised. Not a good first impression and you only get one chance to make one. The room was nice but very small. I mean small. No where to sit if you wanted to sit and watch the TV unless you sat on the bed. They had a bench but it was under the TV. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. One more thing you have to PAY FOR BREAKFAST. No fee-bees. No continental breakfast or nothing and IT'S NOT CHEAP.

Arundel Mill Outlet Mall is about a five minute drive or if you feel like walking it's very close. Great shopping and all kinds of dining all in one area.

Great Stay
[...] (front desk), [...] (shuttle driver) and the Bartender(didn't catch his name) were very very friendly.... made the experience much more enjoyable.. I would stay there again....
