WORST treatment by Management!!!!!!
Stayed for a youth basketball tournament. The hotel was in complete disarray, lobby under construction. The treatment from the general manager to myself and family was the worst I have ever seen in any stay anyhere. A complete trainwreck and the situation was not rectified nor handled well by Hampton Inns corporate either. Please avoid, too many options to go through this!

Nice Stay at a decent Price
Sight seeing in Baltimore and Washington areas. The hotel staff was great with friendly service and quick responses to any need. My only complaint is that the bedding was very soft. I will need a few days for my back to recover from a week long trip!

Great valuve for the money!
Needed a one night stay for a quick get away for a dinner with friends. Breakfast was great, very busy. Room was very clean and had everything we needed.

Reasonable Business Hotel
Reasonable business hotel, nice rooms, good bed. Staff was pretty friendly and helpful. Nice little place to buy snacks and frozen dinners.

Good nights sleep
We had a great night's sleep on the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in while at a hotel. The staff was friendly and courteous, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. This was the second time we've stayed at this hotel; we came back because we were so impressed the first time.

Pleasant stay
We arrived later than we'd expected but were taken care of quickly. the Hot cookies were a lovely touch as was the hot cider since it was so cold out. The room was actually handicapped-accessible (we hadn't requested that) so it was spacious, and pleasant. included a microwave and a mini fridge, very nice. Linens were soft and pristine, choice of pillows, extra blanket in room. breakfast included, and there were more selections than is common in this level hotel. I would recommend it to anyone who didn't require extreme luxury and/or an in-house restaurant/bar.

Go downtown. Lots of unique restaurants, from gourmet and expensive to family friendly.Also, several small community and professional theaters with a variety of entertainments.
