BEST WESTERN PLUS Baltimore Washington Airport

The Best Western Elkridge, Maryland was in a great location to get on and off the main highway to Baltimore. Our room was good sized and very clean. We never heard any noise from the halls or the rooms next door which I was very pleased with. The bathroom area was good sized. They have a nice continental breakfast with fresh fruit and a waffle maker. There is also shopping and restaurants about a mile away. Their restaurant was under renovations so we did'nt get a chance to try it.

The people that work for the hotel are very friendly, responsive, and effective at what they do. From the time of checking in until the time of checking out, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and accomodating, even for your guests since the rooms have two chairs in them for the visitors. The bathrooms and vanity area were also clean and gave me room to move around comfortably. It was very close to my friends house and easy access to restaurants and sight seeing. Thanks for what all of you do in the hotel, and please do keep the good job up.

The room was very comfortable and most of all CLEAN. The free breakfast was great and I enjoyed the stay very much. Stayed for 2 nights and would love to come again!!

The Best Western was very comfortable, room size great, good work area, wireless included. Hotel staff pleasant. Hotel shuttle to airport. Good value Restaurant next door and an excellent plaza about 10 minutes away. Would recommend to friends and associates.

The Best Western Baltimore-Washington Airport was conveintently located to all sorts of nightlife, shopping, and dining. The staff was extremely accomodating. The room was very clean and the bathroom, especially, looked brand new. I liked that the bathroom was separate and it had beautiful tile and marble sinks. I didn't expect such a high quality experience but I am totally impressed. If I ever travel that way again I will be most inclined to stay there again.

I thought that the hotel is close to the airport. However, it takes 5 to 7 minutes to drive. The room is very clean and roomy. I dont have enough time to spend in other areas in the hotels. The bathroom is built for handicapped people. I dont know it is only me. But water seems everywhere because of shower tub.

The hotel itself was nice. It took forever to get a shuttle from the airport. After the Orioles baseball game we would take the train back to the airport and wait what seemed forever for a shuttle to pick us up. All the other hotels in the region seem to have multiple shuttles that pick up their guests. There was no food at the hotel. The restaurant on the property was closed.. no business I was told by a staff member, so they shut down. Other than that the staff were friendly and the pool was nice. The gym area left much to be desired. 3 machines and a tv. For what I paid, I've had better.

Hotel had great service, free internet, free breakfast, and free shuttles. I would stay here again!

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I have enjoyed my stay both times and will continue to use this location for business stays. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable and the staff is nice enough. They don't go out of their way, but are sufficient and I feel comfortable in their competence. Their park&fly program is very convenient. The cleaning staff was a bit over zealous and tried to get into the room to clean at 8am and continued to knock on the door until I checked out at 11 about every 30 mins. Also enjoyed the restaurant on site. Great atmosphere and staff, with pub style food and drinks it was a great place to unwind in the evening. Seemed to be full of a lot of locals, which must say something of its uniqueness. Over all it as a good stay and would recommend it to fellow travelers in the area.

stay was overnight while waiting for a flight from BWI. staff was friendly and hotel was nice. we had some confusion on the shuttle pickup. if you are not a frequent flier make sure you know the shuttle pickup location and process.
