BEST WESTERN PLUS Baltimore Washington Airport

We were attending a wedding in Ellicott City, abt 7 mi away. The hotel was a little hard to find since there wasn't signage at the turn from Rte 1 or from the next road. We "discovered" it and chk-in was quick and easy. Room clean and efficient. Bathroom was a nice set-up and modern. To me, though, if you don't have a comfortable bed, then it's practically a failed effort and too many hotels suffer from what this hotel suffers fm: a very hard bed. Firm is not fair. It was rock hard. Heck, if I wanted to sleep on a board I could have gone to Home Depot. The clerk said there wasn't anything they could do--all of their beds were the same. the breakfast was very good and included with the room fee. Hot buffet of sausage, ham and eggs, french toast and a conveyor belt toaster that prevents people from lining up for toast. But, if they don't make some softer beds avail, then I can't come back. What good is a hotel if the next 6 hrs of highway travel is worsened by a sore back, sore joints and the driver suffering fm sleep deprivation?

The hotel is clean and serves breakfast up until the appointed time only-don't get there five minutes late. The bath tub is curved and difficult to get in and out of. The beds are hard. This hotel is convenient to highways and Arundel Mills. It's nice to have the Stained Glass Pub next door.

Very clean and well maintained rooms, continental breakfast was nice and the pool/work-out rooms were nice as well (though the hot tub jets were broken during our stay).

No problems whatsoever! Would definitely stay again!

stay was overnight while waiting for a flight from BWI. staff was friendly and hotel was nice. we had some confusion on the shuttle pickup. if you are not a frequent flier make sure you know the shuttle pickup location and process.

nice clean room; tv signal weak - poor reception

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I have enjoyed my stay both times and will continue to use this location for business stays. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable and the staff is nice enough. They don't go out of their way, but are sufficient and I feel comfortable in their competence. Their park&fly program is very convenient. The cleaning staff was a bit over zealous and tried to get into the room to clean at 8am and continued to knock on the door until I checked out at 11 about every 30 mins. Also enjoyed the restaurant on site. Great atmosphere and staff, with pub style food and drinks it was a great place to unwind in the evening. Seemed to be full of a lot of locals, which must say something of its uniqueness. Over all it as a good stay and would recommend it to fellow travelers in the area.

Hotel had great service, free internet, free breakfast, and free shuttles. I would stay here again!

Everything was average. nothing out of the ordinary. the shuttle service was very useful it made trips to BWI the train station and the mall. very convenient.

I was very upset that they stopped me and told be that I owed an additional $100 for there shuttle service to the Automotive Training Institute. They should have a better way of letting people know this ahead of time.
