Homewood Suites by Hilton® Columbia

Our suite was spacious and quiet, the bed AND the sleeper sofa were comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast next morning filled up my teenage boy. Couldn't have been better.

Hotel staff goes above an beyond. Super greeting at checkin, checked out 15 min before breakfast officially started and was offered an option to have a muffin before checkout. Also, the hotel accommodations were an extraordinary value. Three large rooms, kitchenette of the highest quality. Whether an extended stay or one night stay, I've found my new favorite hotel chain.

The hotel was clean, spacious and quiet. The amenities were great! The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

The first two rooms we were given had defective airconditioners which is really unusual. We were given our room free the first night for the trouble and was moved to another room. Very pleased with the place. Very clean, the free breakfast is great, and it is in a great location. An Olive Garden, Applebees, Fridays, Bob Evans within 100 yards of hotel. It is about 14 miles from the Greenbelt Metro station if going to DC and 16 miles from the Inner Harbor in Baltimore. Would stay there again. Highly reccommend.

Just an overnight stay but many amenities such as large fridge, cooktop, dishes, dishwasher, etc that would be handy for longer stay. Large selection of hot and cold items at included breakfast that blows away that offered at Holiday Inn Express where I've stayed frequently in the past. Large business center with easy set up for printing boarding pass. Friendly staff too. Only con is no indoor pool.

I went down with my girlfriend for a weekend getaway. the hotel was in a great location, 20 min away from baltimore and across the street there are plenty of food choices ( olive garden, bob evens, applebees, fridays) i would definitely recomend this hotel and if your down there you have to go to the national aquarium.

We attended a 3-day Baseball tournament at Rockburn Branch Park for our 8 year old son, so comfortable, home-like surroundings was needed. Plus the Grandparents traveled with us, so privacy was a must as well. The laundry facilities were also great as we were able to wash his uniform daily. The breakfast provided was a perfect way to start the long hot days of the tournament, especially the waffles. The upgraded touches, including granite countertops and wood floors was a nice touch as well. We would definitely stay there again. PLUS, we finished 3rd in the state - woohoo!

Was in the area for meetings, the hotel was super, complimentory breakfast, and clsoe to a great shopping mall

First problem was a breast pad on the elevator floor. Second problem was even though I requested a smoking room, I didn't expect it to reek of cigarette stench upon my arrival...air freshners would be a plus. Third and most troublesome problem was when we were getting in bed there was a live silver-fish bug on the bed that I had to kill and check for others....and the shower and bathroom were not very clean. Upon checking out I took the comment card about the bug in my bed and the dead bug to the front desk. I was told by the desk clerk that "unfortunately these types of bugs are common in this area and we can't stop them from coming in." And he would definately inform management of it. This struck me as a complete cop-out. I understand that it wasn't the desk clerk's fault, but I would have appreciated a bit more, such as getting management for me right then and a refund of some or all of the price. I mean, there are exterminators who take care of such infestations....to tell me they can't keep them from coming in....come on, they can at least keep them out of my bed!!

Surprisingly wonderful..is all I can say, we traveled 6 hours to attend an all day event, we were not quite sure what to expect, since we waiting approx. 4 weeks prior to the event to look for a reliable, inexpensive nice place to stay.. Everything was perfect, great suite, with kitchen, comfortable bed, pillows, friendly staff, and added bonus of the complimentary breakfast daily. We definately will look for your Homewood Suites next time we travel.. thanks you so much for a wonderful weekend adventure!
