Good hotel
This was a decent hotel for a good price. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and breakfast.

Unhelpful staff. Grungy room, smelly towels. A single large hair of what appeared to be a non-cranial variety left on the bathroom sink. More than one of the room furniture/appointments, such as a small chair, were damaged in such a manner as to diminish functionality. I turned the heat up and slept in my jeans to minimize contact with the bed cloths. The location is what I needed it to be, but it's no treat. I've had better rooms for half the price in more pleasant places. I was alone, but I'd hate to have family or friends involved in staying at this hotel. It would be embarrassing. On the plus side, the TV had many channels and there were coffee packets provided.

We enjoyed our stay at this motel, Staff were friendly and helpful, there were a couple of maintenance issues which were attended to promptly. Located well within reach of the city, a good stay for the money.

Very good choice
We were visiting Washington D.C. The hotel is very clean, has a pleasant smell, and the metro station is located at 1.5 mile away. This hotel was a very good choice for us.

Its all good
Very close to metro station, easy to get in to dc. Internet didn't work, that really sucks. Breakfast is really bad.

OK Place
Came for graduation from UND this week and hotel was adequate for a short stay. Have breakfast at the diner next door. All right if you have to be in town overnight. Good value for the price.

The hotel was in a good location to use the Metro to get in to DC. They need to update their bedding to accomodate the size of the mattress. Each night the corners of the sheet would come off and uncover a part of the mattress. The pillows were very flat. There was not much space in the room.

Had to go to a wedding in Kensington ,it was a convient location,the room was very large & employees were very helpfull
