Everythinhg but the Bed
The hotel staff were VERY helpful - concierge even showed me the "secret" door to the parking garage so I didn't have to go out in the snow! Great dining in the hotel and even more great dining within several blocks walking distance. Easy to use the METRO to make a day-trip into DC (about 30 minutes by train). Everything was superb - except for a really uncomfortable bed.

First Class Accomodations in Bethesda
Overall the service and accomodations were great. We found out that the walls are a tad bit thin since we could hear our neighbors chatting. But other than that great staff, beautiful rooms, and great location near the metro.

excellent staff, close to Metro
Lovely lobby, rooms were neat and clean. Beds firm and pillows above average. Just a few steps from the Metro train: crucial to sight-see DC. The staff was absolutely wonderful: cheerful, helpful. Wireless internet, however, was painfully slow and cost a fee just to access it. Food from the Grille: delicious, and available as room service.

Short walk from hotel
If you are planning to see DC, driving and parking is somewhat nightmarish. A few steps from the hotel is a Metro (train) access, It's well-done: Easy to learn, cool, and fairly clean. There's a stop right on the Mall in the middle of the Smithsonians.

Good, Convenient and reasonably priced
We have stayed at this hotel at least three times, possibly four. It has become the hotel we use when visiting our family in Bethesda. The location is fine. The parking arrangement is very convenient and reasonably priced. The fact that it is right over a Metro stop makes it perfect for getting into D.C. There are many nice restaurants within walking distance and a Mortins Steak House in the hotel. There are also two Starbucks locations within 3 blocks.

Loud, but pretty
We were in the area for a medical conference that had meetings that were very long and tiring so when it came time to heading to bead the last thing we wanted was noisy screeching neighbors. Our room was right off of the great room so that was a bit of a problem but when we called the front desk about the noise right next door they sent security up immediately and we were able to sleep after that. The fact it was every night was sad but they did help to correct it.

Great Stay!
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful especially Malia!! I didn't have a chance to see the business center or use the gym but I peaked in and it was nice. Room was large with a nice separate area with the desk to do work, drapery and tv were outdated but didn't really bother me. Comfortable bed and nice large bathroom and for those who look for this in a hotel it had a makeup mirror. I didn't care for the bath products though, but thats no reason not to stay there. Overall great stay and I would stay again!

great location easy DC access
Friendly and helpful staff, excellent healthy buffet breakfast and Starbucks coffee. Useful having a Morton's steakhouse on premises with good prices. Comedy club on Saturday night was the best $10 entertainment I have had in a long time.

Great Location! Convenient to the Metro.
Great location in downtown Bethesda. Convenient to the Metro, shopping and eateries. Modern facility with rooms overlooking downtown area. Bed was comfortable, room lacked microwave, refrigerator or honors bar! Furnishings were a little battered and dated. No flat screen, what's that about? Cable channels charged for broadcast reruns? Good value in DC area but I expected more from a Hyatt.
