Affordable, no-nonsense rooms and suites minutes from BWI
The Sleep Inn & Suites Airport hotel is a standard, no-frills airport hotel. It's located one mile from Baltimore-Washington International Airport, and the free 24-hour shuttle service is available to all guests. The rooms and suites are clean, quiet and equipped with free Wi-Fi. The hotel serves a free continental breakfast every morning and the adjacent Rose Restaurant and Pub pours evening happy hour specials Monday through Friday.

I arrived at the airport at 11:30pm and was promptly picked up by the shuttle. Was directed to the closest restaurant and treated professonally at the front desk. Room was nice for the price and quiet. Continental breakfast was a bit weak, but acceptable.

I stayed for one night. The carpet was in really rough shape as it was torn and frayed in a few places. One of the beds' linens (had 2 queens) were torn as well. But the room was clean. I wish they had microwaves in the rooms, though.

Short drive from hotel
Right around the hotel is a Checkers and a small restaurant. But if you take a short drive down the street, there's a shopping center with the best Italian food!

good hotel , good location for my down town convention. nothing is missing, i stayed for one week for my convention. this is also good.

They stole my sister's cookies!
My sister stayed here for family nuptials and I dropped off a Welcome to Baltimore bag with a package of gourmet cookies in it - available only in town. Guess what? The cookies were gone when she checked in. Nice touch.

Ugly
I was there for a family wedding and my family had delivered a welcome package to be given to me upon arrival and found the staff had taken items out of the bag that were for me. I was very upset over this incident!

Below expectation
just not satisfied, as all the advertised amenities that was paid for was not available in the hotel. Sleep inn is manageable for a couples getaway

My reservation was made at the Sleep Inn. When I arrived to check in, I was advised that due to a large convention that my reservation was moved next door to the Comfort Inn. The Comfort Inn was not as nice as the Sleep Inn.

Awkful Location and Service
The counter person upon arrival was not polite. The continetial breaksfast was always out when I arrived down stairs. I left something at the hotel. I talked to some one personally, they sent me to the manager's anwering machine. I have yet to hear back from the manager on my item. The location is in a seculded location. The room doors are very loud. The hotel was very noisy.
