A great weekend
A wonderful experience at the hotel. All staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recomend this stay to anyone visiting the area. Just a short walk to the harbor also

BEDBUGS!!!
Hotel was clean, staff were courteous but woke up in the AM and had been severely bitten by bedbugs. Informed the hotel staff and I will remain hopeful that they address the problem before letting another guest sleep in room 910.

great family hotel
What a great hotel! From the friendly doormen,front desk staff who were friendly & helpful with a "let me help you" attitude, to the housekeeping and kitchen staff who always greeted you with a big "good morning" Exceptional full breakfast every morning, and light dinner mid week, great savings on meals. We stayed a week and felt right at home with everyone. Hotel clean,computer/printer access in lobby which was very comfortable and decorated nicely. Room was exactly what I requested (living rm/bedroom)very quiet for downtown setting, would have liked extra blankets in room but front desk sent up right away. Room service inexpensive,2 blocks from Inner Harbor,close to stores, free bus right at corner for easy 10 min. access to Penn station to get you to WA DC for day trips.I would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

definitely use the free bus service, get on and do the loop to plan your day.takes you to major areas for sightseeing,clean and arrives every 15 minutes! also, water taxi to get to parts of city.

Nice, reasonable, and convenient
Convenient older hotel with large rooms, kitchenette, friendly, helpful staff. I stayed on the 11th floor which was quiet. Security is good, and although this is not a bad location, it is an inner city hotel on major thoroughfares. The breakfast is included and is a buffet, sufficient, but not particularly lavish. All-in-all, good value for the price. If you drive, public parking within a block is much less expensive than the hotel's valet service.

Inner Harbor Trip
The hotel was nice, staff friendly. The complimentary breakfast was very nice, included a nice breakfast selection. The location of the hotel was convenient to the Inner Harbor attractions. It was only a few short blocks to the harbor.

Seasoned Vacation Traveler
Excellent Choice
A great reminder why you need to book business hotels on a weekend in a major city for vacations. Service, rooms were first rate (Beds top notch, huge room, staff helpful and excellent). Location is walking distance to harbor sites like National Aquarium, historical ships, entertanment complex(Hard Rock). We stayed at 7 hotels on our recent three week trip and this hotel was best in class and great value on the weekend.

Short cab ride to Camden Yards if you want to see an Orioles a game. Harbor sites are appox 1/2-3/4 mile from hotel.

Fantastic Location to Harbor
Room very nice and spacious; a suite with sofa bed. Great complimentary breakfast! Great location; only two block from Harbor. Room service was fast. Would have preferred pool/hot tub and on site parking included in room rate.
