Bad stay

Internet was down during my whole stay. Vending machine down during my stay. Early one morning, during midnight shift, asked front desk for pack of coffee. Was told I would have to request it during day shift. Told them about standing in ankle deep water while showering. They did not fix the problem. Bedcover had holes in it from cigarette burns but left on bed. I called on morning of 11/14 about shoes I left in room. No one ever called me back about the status of my shoes. I would never stay there again and never recommed it to anyone.

argh

This is not a place one would stay twice. the building and facilities were dirty, worn out and generally poorly maintained. There was a cigarette burn on the blanket. The shower drained so slow that the water was over ankle deep by the time I was finished showering. there was bullet proof glass between the lobby and the desk clerk. Never again!

Work trip

The staff was friendly and helpful. I recieved a room upgrade from the front desk. The only drawback was that my room had several flys in it. I have stayed there before & did not have a pest problem.

Decent stay for the price

The price at this hotel was great, and I stayed over the weekend too. The location is decent. It's a 40-minute bus ride from downtown, but there is a near by Walmart, at least 3 McDonald's, a Popeye's and a wonderful H Mart that sells fresh greens and Korean food products. There are also some Chinese and American restaurants and diners scattered about the main intersection near the hotel (Rolling Rd and Baltimore National Pike). Overall, the price was great for what I got. There is even free coffee in the rooms, although my room didn't have a microwave. I think there was one in the lounge area though. Also, there is a movie theater 10 minutes (driving) down Rolling Road that I go to when I stay at this hotel.

Check out the H Mart near by. It is a cultural experience to shop at a Korean market.

Not a good place to stay

The stay would have been ok, but housekeeping was very rude. They only had three towels in the room and when I asked for two more because we had a total of 5 people, they did not want to give me more. In fact, they shoved the other two at me. I went straight to management and he was very nice. What can you expect from a two star hotel. Oh, and then there's a sign in the room where you eat breakfast that states you cannot take food back to your room. The continental breakfast sucks. I would never stay here again. This is not a place for family to stay.
