Was expecting more

Check in process was GREAT, overall staff was great . The room was not . I paid for the upgrade to the plaza and the only difference in a standard room was location. Within 10 mins I had to call the front desk because out toilet turned into a water fountain. The walls have seen better days , and I'm sure the bug crawling around could agree with me. The location was off , the map made the harbor look like 2/3 blocks away in fact it was about 10 but with all the shopping bags and walking the 4/5 blocks that make up the harbor it feels like a 20 block walk. Now a pro is the comp breakfast which did included cereal , pastry, and such as well as comps lunch and drinks . Being from out of town I wanted to get a good experiences and I don't think I achieved that :(

Unbeatable price for the location

I went to the inner harbor, it was OK, but the food was expensive. I travel to all of the gay bars, clubs, and it was fun. I think that it could have more shopping area and more places to eat. I think the night life goingto the clubs would be the only reason I would return for an over night stay on the was to Washington DC. At the hotel it was fine however the sleep numer bed was bad and if I do return to the same hotel I would choose a reguler matters bed.

Nightlife tip: Long walk from hotel

Walking to the Inner Harbor is about a 10 minute walk and the the Gay Clubs about 20 minute walk. Some of the great things about Baltimore is the Free bus services that would take you from the Gay Community to the Inner Harbor.
