An average place to sleep

We needed a place to sleep and choose Motel 6 because it was near where we were visiting. The shower handle was broken and a few uninvited guess were spotted, and the secrity latch was broken.

Not the best but not the worst

I stayed in this hotel because it was on my route home from SC. While it was not the worst hotel I have stayed in it certainly was not the best. As soon as I opened the door and turned on the lights I saw roaches scurry across the floor. Not a great first impression. When I went into the bathroom to clean up after a long drive I noticed hairs on the towels hanging on the rack-not a great second impression.

WILSON'S

MOTEL WHEN WE ARRIVED THEY SAID THERE WAS ONLY ONE BED AND WE REQUESTED 2 D BEDS. THEN THERE WAS NO TOWELS IN THE ROOM. WE ARRIVED AT 10PM, HAD TO GO TO OFFICE AND THEY ONLY GAVE US 2 TOWEL FOR 4 PEOPLE. NIGHT MANAGER WAS GETTING OFF AT 11PM AND WAS GOING TO GET US TOWELS. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. I CALLED IN THE MORNING AND WAS TOLD THAT WE HAD TO WAIT FOR CLEANING PEOPLE TO COME IN AT 12 NO0N. WE HAD TO BE ON OUR WAY BY 10AM.

My review of Motel 6 Baltimore West

The shower and the toilet was backed up. There was only 1 set of towels for one person. Other than that, the room was clean. I wouldn't go there again.

WORST STAY EVER

THE MOTEL 6 IN BALTIMORE WEST ON WHITEHEAD ROAD: THE ROOM HAD ROACHES AND SMELLED OF SWEAT AND SMOKE. THE STAFF WAS TERRIBLE, MEAN, AND RUDE. THE ROOM WAS DIRTY, THERE WERE A PREVIOUS GUESTS CLOTHES UNDER THE BED. OUTSIDE THE ROOM IT SMELLED OF URINE. THE STAY WAS TERRIBLE. THE DOOR HAD ENOUGH CRACKS IT IN FOR BUGS TO GET IN. I ONLY STAYED THERE TWO NIGHTS. ON THE LAST NIGHT OR MORNING RATHER, AT 5:00AM THE FIRE ALARM WENT OFF AND NO ONE AT THE FRONT DESK ANSWERED THE PHONE TO TELL US IT ANYTHING WAS WRONG. I HAD TO DRIVE TO THE FRONT DESK TO SEE IF WE WERE GOING TO BURN ALIVE AND WHEN I GOT THERE THE STAFF SAID THAT SOMEONE PLAYED A JOKE AND SET OFF THE ALARM. THEN IT TOOK THEM OVER AN HOUR TO TURN IT OFF. I WAS CRYING THE ENTIRE TIME.

Room OK

Motel 6 is a budget hotel. No amenities, no morning coffee, no breakfast, but that is what Motel 6 is all about. The rooms were OK, bed a little hard and floor creeked, but overall, room was OK for a one night stay. Although hotel could been seen from the freeway, it was very difficult to find the correct exit to get there. No real restaurants close. Had to travel a distance to find somewhere to eat.
