A fine hotel!
One thing about the Inner Harbor; there's no sthortage of hotels in the area! Last year I stayed two doors down at the Hyatt but this year I tried the Inter-Continental and was VERY pleased! Rooms are spacious (without purchasing a suite). You really feel like you can spread out too. Ans everything's up to date. One additional restaurant in house wouldn't be bad but otherwise I couldn't be happier with the staff or comfort! Great experience!

A one night rip off
Over Priced Under valued rip off. This hotel charges you for breathing hard. The food is so-so. The drinks are overpriced and under poured. The room had no shampoo, conditioner or mouth wash and one bar of soap. I called and they send up shampoo and coditioner but informed me they had no moth wash as it was not normally supplied in the room. All this at $395 per night plus 14.95 for internet access. Highly not recommended.

nice retreat for a weekend getaway
weather was perfect for all the outdoor walking! The water taxi was great for getting around. Our first time seeing Baltimore and the inner harbor. very nice, but you have to be careful about traveling outside the perimeter of the harbor, and that's coming from the locals.

Good but pricey
Great location for a baseball game. Short walk to see the Orioles. Also excellent for Federal Hill and the Harbor. But parking was 36/day and the Hotel even at the [...] price was on the high side.

Great Location, middle of everything!
This trip was for pleasure, we went to check out the Inner Harbor. It was located right in the middle of all the local shops, restaurants, and right across from the harbor with a nice view. The staff were nothing but professional and courteous. The hotel was very quiet, neat and clean with fresh flowers placed around. The room was also very clean and and comfortable. Our bathroom was spacious and included a small TV. Our mini fridge was stocked. The bed was all down from the mattress top to the pillows to the comforter and so warm and comfortable. The room also featured a large TV, small desk in one corner and a cozy chair and reading lamp in the other. The window was floor to ceiling, we did not have a great view, but didn't mind since we spent most of the time sightseeing. If looking for a room with a view definitely specify. We drove to the hotel and parking was the only drawback, it cost $26 dollars a day. The internet also cost $12.95 a day. We did not eat at the restaurants, we ate while we were out and about, however we did start the day at the little espresso cafe at the hotel for breakfast. It featured drinks, teas, coffees, sodas, juices, and little breakfast sandwiches which helped start off our adventure everyday. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Not worth the price - $300+
Room was large and nicely decorated but it looked and smelled "old." The beds were small. Water bottle for sale for $5. Nice bathroom but the shower never got hot enough.

Great location, great staff
Staff was extremely friendly, room was spacious and clean. Room service was fantastic, we were on a tight schedule and they got our order to us in less than 30 minutes. Surprised that there was not a small refrigerator in room. Need to upgrade the hairdryers from the mini travel to a full size. Loved the small digital tv in the bathroom!

Great place to stay in the Inner Harbor
We had a check in time for 3pm and the room was ready at 11am when we first arrived. It is right next to the Science Center and an easy (and nice) walk to the Inner Harbor and along Pratt st. Very large room with king size bed. There were two issues, the first was that the hair dryer was broken, which was replaced while we were out to dinner so that was resolved without a problem. Secondly they didn't leave enough towels the second night, also fixed immediately. Both were handled courteously by the staff. The hotel has excellent breakfast buffet, if small, and the wait staff were extremely friendly. When we arrived at the hotel and older woman met us at the taxi, she may not normally have that job since we had to carry the bags into the hotel ourselves, given she probably could not lift the two we had. However, the taxi going back the bellhop was extremely helpful, going so far to make sure that the train station would be air-conditioned before we left to wait for our train vs. waiting longer at the hotel. The lobby and general ambiance of the hotel was very nice. Chandeliers, paintings, and 'intercontinental' themes all around. The one aesthetic downside would be that the "I" on the outside of the hotel was broken since it didn't light up at night. Unfortunate since it would have been a nice picture. Would most definitely stay at the Intercontinental again.
