Enjoy Baltimore
The room was probably their worst with the traffic going by all night. We had to change rooms for an unrelated reason and the second room was much better. Also parking was extra. A first! Hotel needs a like of love. They did have a shuttle available to try to improve the location.

Weekend Away
I was very pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, service, and cleanliness of this hotel. It is only a 10 minute walk to Inner Harbor, and they provide free shuttle service to many locations around the city. I will definitely stay here again when I need a hotel in downtown Baltimore

Great Getaway Value
Although the neighborhood is a little sketchy, this old converted bank houses a clean, modern and beautifully appointed hotel. I was amazed at the tasteful interiors, comfort and style, at a really modest price. If you mind walking the several blocks to Inner Harbor, the hotel has shuttle services. Take the water taxi to Fells Point and experience great bars and restaurants and the beautiful Harbor at night.

Convenient
I stayed in Baltimore as my Goddaughter was attending a camp at Loyola College. The hotel was minutes from the college and near the entrance to the freeway used to get to the college. The hotel was also walking distance from the Inner Harbor, about seven blocks. The staff at the hotel were very accomodating and the hotel had a shuttle service that took us to the Inner Harbor. The staff recommended a great restaurant, Mo's Crab and Pasta House. My only concern was with the location of the hotel. Even though we walked home from the movie theater we had to walk through a very seedy area. As a single female staying at this location I did not feel completely safe. Please know the hotel was beautiful, the staff was accomodating, there was food and wi-fi service, and the room was sizable and unique.

not coming back here
horrible experience
Room was not reserved even though called to confirm day before. There was no parking even though website says parking garage/ample parking. Had to beg desk clerk after going out for dinner for a parking permit. He said there were no spaces left but we had found a space. I have MS and walking long distances is difficult for me. Desk clerk had cell phone one when checking in guests. Hotel room had red stains on the carpet.

Great hotel; horrible location
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. However, they have limited parking and I was made to park on the street. They have no security and this is in a very bad area (homeless shelter). My car was broken into literally right in front of hotel while parked on street. Shuttle to game ran 45 minutes late. Unfortunately, until this area is cleaned up or they remedy the parking issue I would never recommend staying here.

" Great location... not great parking"
Was the perfect place to stay for a night. Close to many restaurants and bars. Also close to the first mariner area, which was our destination.
