Good Deal
My only complaint...I was on a non-smoking floor but smelled cigarette smoke the entire time I was there (I assume from another floor). Would probably not stay there again unless someone could assure me that I would not smell the smoke! Otherwise, great value for the price!

Great Value for the Money
Being that the cost was more than reasonable (far less than many competitors in the same geographic area), we originally had our doubts about this hotel. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the warmth / helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the many amenities. The wifi code was supplied at check-in, the breakfast was surprisingly satisfying and the coffee, superb. We booked because of the price/location.....will return because of the experience.

Great value
This was a hidden gem! The staff could not have been more thoughtful and accommodating, the room on the historic 7th floor could not be beat and it was within easy walking distance to several main attractions in and around Inner Harbor. Highly recommend!

Aldo's in Little Italy cannot be beat for authentic Italian cuisine. They even offer free shuttle service on the weekend- check at the front desk for details.

Great stay
Staff was courteous and pleasant. I had forgotten toothpaste, and they provided a packet to me. The room was very clean. There was a large lcd TV, plenty of towels, soap, etc. On the bed was a tray with a "Crunch" chocolate bar to eat. The morning breakfast was nice. I had eggs, turkey sausage, and juice.

my stay
The hotel was beautiful. The staff was the most friendliest that I've ever come across in a hotel. The only downside was I wasnt expecting valet parking. Although, im glad there was so I knew my car was safe. I will be making more trips to baltimore and if where im going is close enough, I will be staying again!

Great Location
Two blocks from the Inner Harbor was great for seeing the sights and made a short walk for dinner. Parking was made easy by the hotel (at a fee). The location makes this hotel a great find for the price. Would stay there again.

Good Value for the Money!
We recently visited Baltimore Inner Harbor and chose to stay here because they offered a room with a pull out sleeper sofa as a friend was traveling with us. The room was spacious - even with the sofa bed pulled out. Very comfortable and quiet. Nice breakfast offered and friendly staff. Just a couple blocks walk to the inner harbor and lots of nice pubs w/in a block (ask the staff) to grab a beer and a crab sandwich or have a nicer dinner in a smaller setting. Valet parking offered which was good from check-in until 5:00 pm the following day for $32 (they will hold your bags until you are ready to leave).

Long walk from hotel
Don't miss the Museum of Visionary Arts! On a lovely day, is a great walk around the harbor (it is located at the very end). It's not for young children.

Great suite for a girl's night out
This past weekend was a friend of mine's birthday. We stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites in a great room that could sleep the 7 of us. The room was large enough, nicely decorated and the beds were insanely comfortable. The staff was friendly but seemed as though they were always stretched to thin, i.e. waiting for 15 minutes to purchase drinks from the snack shop. Overall great value, location, and room. Would definitely stat here again.
