Great location and price
This hotel is designed to impress and is right in the heart of the Inner Harbor area. Nicely priced (during off-peak, non-Yankee/Red Sox weekend). Good continental breakfast and a friendly staff. Overall, it's a great place to stay during your visit to Baltimore. Note that valet parking is $30 per night, which is a bit steep, but there are several overnight parking for around $12 per night nearby.

the hotel was nice and clean room was big and the customer service was great the only thing with the morning breakfast is that when we got downstairs at 9:00am there was no coffee no milk no waffle mix pretty much nothing left and no one to ask except the gentleman who was refilling the sugar and coffee and he knew nothing about the other side where breakfast was being served but was very nice and tried to help other then that everything was great

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
There are tons of places to dine all near by the hotel dont need to drive anywhere and instead of paying for parking at the hotel you can drive down one of the local street near by and park on the street which is still convinent to hotel shops and dining

Great location, nice facility & service
Stayed two nights for a quick weekend trip to B-more. Location was fantastic, easy walk to museums, shops and restaurants of Inner Harbor and Little Italy. Great complimentary breakfast... although you may want to sleep late and go to Miss Shirley's across the street for a fantastic southern-styled breakfast. The facility felt newly renovated, very clean. Definitely would stay again.

Comfy & Clean
It was a short but sweet visit to Baltimore from NYC. We were there to visit our freshmen college student. The hotel decor was very nice and the rooms were clean. Additionally, they provided friendly service, since, we went as a group, we were provided with two adjoining rooms. The location is not too bad, but it does lack parking. Valet parking is the way to go.

Fairfield Inn
Quite convenient to Inner Harbor and Convention Center. Our car was parked at hotel the full time and we walked to all attractions on our itinerary. Close enough to return to room for naps, clothes change, etc. in between scheduled events at convention center and Inner Harbor. Close to all the great food as well. Great staff, quite accomodating. Loved the "continental" breakfast options, ranging from cold and hot cereals to fresh waffles, fruit and sausage biscuits/dogs. Great room was well appointed for families and for meeting people while dining. We will visit this site again and again! Overall a great value and a safe location for families.

I was in town for a business conference (not hosted there). Loved the LEED-followed renovations; hotel is gorgeous -- and you could breathe deeper knowing the paints/carpets were low-VOC emitters. The attached restaurant had very reasonable prices and great service. Front desk's service was luke-warm at best -- but that said, it didn't dampen my experience. Bfast was typical continental: bagels, waffles, fruits, juices, great coffee, cereals, and micro'd bfast sandwiches. When traveling through, I would definitely consider this hotel again.

Great except the internet
Nice hotel, a great bargain. The front desk staff was variable in their ability to be helpful (some great, some so-so), but overall acceptable. The wireless internet in my room kept disconnecting (but it was free).
