Wonderful Birthday

I went downtown for my birthday. All the staff that I came across were very friendly and excellent at their jobs. As soon as I stepped outside to begin the night, one of the men outside flagged me down a taxi. I was very pleased with the amount of service! Thanks for making my birthday so wonderful!

Embassy Stay in Baltimore

Very nice hotel. Good location to harbor area, ballparks, Rams Head Live, all walking distance. Very, very nice addition of the renovated masonic hall next door for events. Very classy and great addition to hotel. If I lived near Baltimore I would give that first look when having any kind of event. Improvements; need alarm clock in room, need fitted sheets for bottom sheet of bed. Would stay again.

A comfortable stay

I had a good time staying at Embassy Suite Baltimore Inner Harbor. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was roomy and furnished well. The breakfast was much better than I thought it would be, it was a free full hot breakfast. The hotel was about 7-8 blocks from the Inner Harbor which was a little walk, but doable. There was a car race at the harbor, some of the streets was closed off which made driving difficult. The evening complimentary cocktails was nice. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the ice machine was on the 4th floor only for a 37 floor story building. It ran out ice.

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

I would suggest using the water taxi while seeing the Inner Harbor. It was $12 for an all day pass. We went to Fells Point, The Science Ctr and other sights. The service fast and frequent.

Excellent hotel

The hotel was clean and room was comfortable. Hotel was a slight walk to the harbor but the convenient free bus was located next to the hotel. We were able to walk or ride for free to the attractions. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with an omellete station and plenty of choices. The free cocktails and appetizers at night made the hotel a steal for the price. Overall an excellent experience. The staff was friendly which we did not find to be everywhere. I would have liked them to be more informed of the area to give suggestions when we asked.

Our only complaint was the elevators. Sometimes we had to wait for them 15 to 20 minutes.
