Fantastic sevice!!

I travel quite a bit and I don't generally write reviews unless something is particularly great or awful. The hotel was very clean and the 1 bedroom suite was much larger than I thought it would be. The breakfast was fantastic every morning and we couldn't ask for anything more to start our day. The hotel was easily within walking distance to the inner harbor and the childrens museum. Where this hotel really exceeds expectations is with the employees. Everyone, from the valet, to the front desk to the breakfast staff was amazing!! This is easily the most friendly, helpful staff I have encountered at any hotel. If you are going to Baltimore, I would highly recommend this hotel!

Best place we ate was Cazbar Turkish Restaurant. If you like mediteranean or lebanese food, this is the place to go.

Good value

Hotel was within walking distance to inner harbor and convenience stores. A few parking garages were also close by. Has a starbucks, social hour and free breakfast. Staff is friendly. Fitness center is a large size. 1 bedroom with sofa bed was a nice size.

Very nice

The only thing negative I would say about this place is the pool. Sort of like a bathtub. Staff was great and room was above what I expected.

If you don't want room service or TP, this is the place for you

LOVED this place when it was the T. Stayed at the T for three consecutive years and had a great stay. Took a year off, returned to the newly renovated version. Looks great. Must have given the axe to all the former employees----all new people. Asked for TP to be sent up to the room, never came. Called for room service two afternoons in a row, no answer. Went to eat in restaurant at 12PM, was told they don't serve food until 12:30PM (who does that? While leaving to walk down the street to the local fast food chain a different staff member told us that that was no true, we should sit down. Not willing to get in the middle of that staff battle, especially as I would be the one eating their chicken, left anyway. #Finally did get food in the restaurant on our last day and the crab cake sandwich and fried with truffle hour was GREAT!# Seems like this new crew can get away with a lot of bad service because they keep their customers happy with their free continental breakfast. #I don't get dressed before noon when on vacation, so I didn't partake). One final note: our room had this weird sticky spot. Very strong glue---maybe some kid made it to some national science fair or something and had to glue a planet back together ---but it was gross. Kept stepping on it in my socks...blah.

SUPER FRESH IS CLOSED~!!!!!!!!! We used to stay at the Tremont and stock up on groceries at the Super Fresh....those days are over, at least right now. This made the whole point in getting a room with a fridge and microwave pointless.

Wonderful Birthday

I went downtown for my birthday. All the staff that I came across were very friendly and excellent at their jobs. As soon as I stepped outside to begin the night, one of the men outside flagged me down a taxi. I was very pleased with the amount of service! Thanks for making my birthday so wonderful!

Embassy Stay in Baltimore

Very nice hotel. Good location to harbor area, ballparks, Rams Head Live, all walking distance. Very, very nice addition of the renovated masonic hall next door for events. Very classy and great addition to hotel. If I lived near Baltimore I would give that first look when having any kind of event. Improvements; need alarm clock in room, need fitted sheets for bottom sheet of bed. Would stay again.
