In the heart of downtown Baltimore, a base camp for sporting affairs

Just two blocks from Oriole Park, the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards makes an excellent base camp for baseball fans. It works well for football enthusiasts, too: M&T Bank Stadium, home of the Baltimore Ravens, is a half-mile walk. The Inner Harbor is a few blocks to the east and is teeming with shops, restaurants and sites like the National Aquarium and the U.S.S. Constellation. The hotel itself delivers everything you would expect of a four-star retreat, from plush bedding to a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Highlights
  • Walking distance to Oriole Park at Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium and the Inner Harbor waterfront
  • Near major Baltimore attractions
  • The on-site Café Promenade serves American-style fare with regional Chesapeake Bay accents
Location

The Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards sits just west of the Inner Harbor, with easy access to major roads and Baltimore-Washington International Airport (12 miles south). The baseball stadium is just two blocks away and guests walk to the M&T Bank Stadium and Inner Harbor. The Baltimore Convention Center is across the street from the hotel.

Rooms

Ranging in size from 300 to 675 square feet, the rooms and suites at Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards deliver modern comforts (flat-screen TVs, Marriott Revive bed) in a sleek but homey setting. All have high-speed Internet access (fees apply) and many come with views of downtown and Inner Harbor.

Features

Outfitted with free weights and a good selection of cardio machines (treadmills, stationary bikes, a nautilus machine), the on-site fitness center does not disappoint.

The Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards has two restaurants on site: Café Promenade and The Yard. The first serves American-style cuisine with a Chesapeake Bay twist and stays open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The second offers classic American dishes for lunch and dinner -- plus large-screen TVs for catching the game.

Nice Stay

I stayed at the Marriott Camden Yards while visiting friends in the Baltimore area. It is set in a prime location and is within walking distance to many attractions. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Although the price of the hotel was a little expensive, it was a great stay.

The hotel was very clean and convenient to the ballpark and inner harbor. Beds were extremely comfy. Parking was not included which was a surprise and expensive, 54.00 for 2 days. Internet in lobby only. You have to pay for internet in your room. Also a surprise and a dissapointment.

not happy but not tottaly dissatified

we stayed there to attend a ravens vs Pittsburgh football game. it was an 8:30pm start time. we arrived at approximately 3pm. we went to the bar for something to eat and drink before the game. service was slow and it seemed that they weren't properly staffed. we were told the bar would be open after the game til 1:30. not the case. we got back at 12:15 and were informed the bar was closing. the place was packed with more people arriving.

Too expensive for the quality

This hotel is good for business (good facilities for meetings, beautiful meeting rooms) but not for family : too expensive (too much amenities for fees). Bad ratio quality / price, bad value for money, bad overlooking, no pool. Sorry but we went to a wrong hotel, not for families !

Perfect weekend vacation

We arrived before our check in time and our room was ready. When we entered the room it was pristine. Our reaction was WOW! We enjoyed the sights as well as two baseball games. Our previous trip was enjoyable as well even though we stayed at a different hotel. The buffet breakfast was great and the food was fresh, well prepared and our waitress was kind and polite.

Pretty Good

Was in town for a friends 30th surprise birthday. The hotel was very nice and the service was good. The plumbing was a little tricky but maintenance was able to resolve the problem quickly. Overall no complaints.

Convention Year 5

We were there to visit the Otakon 2010 convention. The hotel couldn't have done nothing different i enjoyed my stay entirely. This is the second time using this hotel cause i was greatly satisfied when i used them in 2009. The trip was even more pleasant then it was last year which is saying a lot.

Very good given a one night stay.

I was there only one night. Very nice facility. No real complaints. Great hotel parking but no valet. Two blocks from Camden Yards and Inner Harbor. Restaurant doesn't open until 8:30 AM, so my only early breakfast choice was room service. This isn't my preference but was hot and promptly served. I'll definitely stay again.
