BEST WESTERN PLUS Hotel & Conference Center

The hotel itself is nice. An above average hotel with nice amenities, but don't leave at night. Anyone from Baltimore knows this is the bad side of town.

Fairly good location, but a lot of misinformation. Shuttle was only once an hour. Breakfast was barely worth FREE. Waffles were like cardboard. Eggs were a mix. Good coffee. The room which they swithced, was very noisy. You could hear every door slam, when people went to their rooms. Rooms were nice.

we chose this hotel because of the location. at one time, this hotel must have been wonderful, but now it is run down. a/c not working right, or at all. bathroom hot, no air movment at all. just needs some T L C

Came to Baltimore to scout a possible family trip. Saw the Orioles and visited the Inner Harbor. Free bus service, provided by hotel, was very helpful and got me to all my locations on time. Dinner were very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was buffet and I never needed a lunch. Only thing missing was staff. Seemed to be everyone doing anything to keep up good service. They did it very well !!!!!!

the friendliest part of the entire hotel staff were the cleaning women, and they were all smiles and very polite. the front desk employees were not rude but i wouldnt descride them as friendly but they were helpful when it came to booking shuttle service which was not running its usual hours because of the 4th of july holiday, which was understandable. room was clean but not stupendous and the view was of old row houses that werent very attractive but i didnt expect muc else because its not right on the harbor. we were only bothered once by a beggar in the parking lot and other than that the area was okay. the breakfast was not that bad, it was actually better than i had expected especially since it was free. pool was very small, i did not eat in the restaurant because i came to md for the crabs and it didnt look ike the greatest place to eat

I chose this BW Hotel because it was near downtown Baltimore with a free shuttle service. Also, I like the fact that it was out in the community...so fresh air for jogging. There was free schuttle service to the Inner Harbor area. The free breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The only misunderstanding was about Free shuttle service to the Cruise port. It's only Free to the "Park and Ride" guest or Customers.

By far the best Best Western breakfast we've enjoyed. For dinner however, the service was slow and the dishes we had were quite bland.

Overall it was okay. We called ahead to see if the pool was operational and also asked when we checked in and at both times they told us, yes. Then when we went to go swimming with our 3 year old, they said that the pool had not been working for awhile and we were given wrong information. Also if you are coming from the I-95 there is a toll of $2 each time you cross.

My wife and I decided to take a spur of the moment weekend getaway trip to Baltimore Inner Harbor. The Best Western had the best reviews for the price. It turned out to beat expectations. We were greeted by a friendly front desk associate. She upgraded our room to one with the internet. The Hotel Lobby was gorgeous! The continental breakfast left something to be desired, but you get what you pay for (free). The Best Western is in close proximity to all the local attractions, including the Inner Harbor and they have a hotel shuttle (a free service). We decided to drive.

After reading some reviews after havimg made my reservations with your agency,I wondered if I had done the right thing by selecting this hotel.Apparently these people that hade made such negative comments about this facility could not have stayed the same place that I did.The staff was very courteous, and most helpful. Anytime there was a problem,it saw immediate attention. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was very good. The shuttlle sevice was excellent.We did not use the pool or other facilities at the hotel,nor were we there very long,but If I were returning to the area,I would most definately stay there again.IT was a great value.
