hotel entrance resembled a flop house and was not a good represetation for Best Western. Air conditioning was too loud, no parking, continental breakfast was stale. Overall, disappointing stay.

Just so so
This hotel is average. The room was small, but updated. The air conditioner in the room was very loud, but did drown out the street noise in the morning. Check out can be bumped to noon if you want to sleep in. Check in and check out was very quick and easy. The neighborhood is slightly intimidating, but if you don't need to be out after 9pm it shouldn't be a problem for you.

Anniversary Couple
My husband and I were on our anniversary stay and we first of all missed the hotel since it was bunched in between a burger king and a gold buying place, luckily when we called the lady answering the phone was VERY polite about getting us to the hotel. . NO PARKING, it cost us 15.50 to park overnight in a public parking garage a block away. The room was okay, kind of felt dungeony since it only had one little window that peered into the paved courtyard filled with beer cans. We found earrings in the night stand beside the bed and a baggy of what appeared to be laundry detergent beside the mini fridge. The inside of the rooms also seemed like a set for an adult film with the color changing lights above the bed and the remodeling of the room seemed like they used left over parts from an old hotel. NO WIFI like stated on website and the hair dryer didn't work. We were able to hook our dvd player up to the TV so we could watch movies. Plus the elevator went down several times and the only way to the room was climbing up 5 flights of stairs with NO HELP from the front desk clerk in carrying up our full sized cooler or luggage. . . No the best by far but not the worst by far.

Nightlife tip:
Short walk from hotel
only about 4 blocks away from inner harbor dining, shopping, hard rock cafe, museums and aquariums. . Always seems to have good entertainment going on while dining out. We ate outside at the cheesecake factory and could hear the saxophone player. . VERY soothing in the hustle and bustle of harbor life

Not what I was expecting
The carpet around the bed was not clean at all. There was always something missing in the breakfast: You ask for it and they tell you..finished!!

My girlfriend spent a day and evening at the Inner Harbor in Baltimore. We spent time at the aquarium, and walked around the harbor. It was a beautiful day with great weather. Our hotel room was nice, the shower was very small, and I'm only 5'10 185 pounds. It would definitely be too small for people much bigger than me. The bed was a little firm. But all in all for the money it was worth it

A tidy place to lay one's head.
My expectation was rather low upon arrival. The exterior is reminiscent of a "hole in the wall". Had I not parked and walked the block peering at the addresses, I would have never known it is there. But once inside, I felt safe, secure and at ease. The room was clean and larger than I'd expected. Included was a refrigerator to store my left over dinner. Although, I didn't arrive until after 9:30PM, the young lady on the desk was wonderfully accommodating. I had to check out too early to try the breakfast buffet, which would have been another plus. Whenever I am working the Baltimore Convention Center/Harbor, I will choose the Envy again. It's an excellent value for the travelling tradesman.
