Great family overnight

Spent New Years Eve there. Nice clean hotel. Confusing entrance though. Rooms were clean. We ate at The Annapolis Grill which was good. The shuttle was so convenient. The pool was warm and we loved it! I recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable hotel in a nice area

There aren't many nice hotels to pick from in Annapolis, but this is a good one. Some good restaurants just steps away. Very helpful staff. My son definitely appreciated the pool and hot tub and I appreciated the workout facility. Downsides: not the cheapest hotel option (but worth it in my opinion).

Our Night in Annapolis

Enjoyed the Westin immensly. The staff were very courtious and helpful. We were only there one night but had a great time at the stores and restaurants nearby. Having the shuttle to take us down close to the water was very nice. The trolley that runs to the Westin was great! We wish we could have stayed longer.

Would like to return

I stayed in Annapolis because it looked like an interesting place and was near to where I had meetings the following day. Unfortunatley due to flight delays I didn't get there until late. The hotel was hard to find based on GPS directions could do with a big roadside sign on the roundabout. Room was nice and quiet and the associated grill restaurant served a great burger late at night when I finally arrived. Would love to go back and explore the area more and would def. consider staying here although its a bit pricey.

Night away to celebrate wedding annivers

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. We were only there one night, but basically we just needed a clean room with a comfortable bed and for the location to be within walking distance to the downtown area. It was all of the above. The staff was very friendly. Plus, it only cost $5 to self-park below the hotel and because of the heat, we chose to jump on the trolley to get downtown instead of walking. That only cost $0.50 a person and it would have actually been free if we carried our parking garage ticket with us. To support such a great service, we just preferred to pay. The drivers of the trolley were so friendly.

Great hotel

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very nice and helpful. We mentioned that it was our anniversary and the manager, Theresa did several special things for my wife and I during our stay. Rooms are clean an the beds are way to comfortable! Breakfast Buffett in the lobby was a bit pricey and not the best but I look forward to going to Annapolis again so I can stay at the Westin.

Hotel manager setup reservations at the Chart House for our anniversary. The hotel had ts courtesy shuttle drive us over and brought us back. The restaurant was fantastic. Must try The crab, mango, avocado stack! The hotel staff is always willing to help with recommendations and are very good at it

Great Stay at the Westin Annapolis

We stayed at the Westin for a night away and it was great. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was great and very quiet. And I can not say enough good things about the heavenly shower, now that was a special treat. I want one at home.

We went to a funeral. The hotel staff was excellent. The valets were hard working and really were a wealth of knowledge.

a very nice stay

I stayed at the Westin in Annapolis to be with my siblings for a few days before our Dad's funeral. It was a very nice experience. Andrew, the valet, was personable and made sure my car was ready with the heat on and directions ready for where ever I was heading. Sara was delightful when I checked in. The room was clean and quiet. The bed linens were lovely. I visited the pool and there was a very nice life-guard in attendance. It was a good size and I must say large enough for a good lap swim. There was a very nice restaurant within walking distance. I appreciated the effort this staff made to make my stay pleasant.
