Sheraton Annapolis Hotel

The Sheraton is classy. However my first room smelled musky like it had been closed up for years. I called requested another room and was given another room right away it was much better. I was satisfied with the customer service. Once I was settled in, my attentions was to go shopping and dinning right away. But there was an excellent free movie on TV that i had to finish looking at. Then I went to this huge mall directly across the street with in walking distance, So much to choose from restaurants included. Be mindfull, If you have left overs from your meal there is no refrigerator to store your container from the restaurant. It use to be hotel rooms had a refigeror in the room automatically. Hampton Inn Suites offers that precious commotity and if not you can request it. Other than that its a fabulous stay. No free breakfast. Hey if you want that, go Hampton. Sharaton does offer excellent free Movies witch is supper.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel more geared towards vacation travel rather than business travel, as the copier and printer in the business center did not work and it was shrugged off as quirky. They also did not get my Sheraton frequent traveler number in, even though I included it in the reservation. Did have one incident where housekeeping was in to change our room over to "feather free" which did not get to the hotel even though I called ahead of time to make sure it was there. The staff evidently forgot to close our room door, however, so when we returned in the evening the security bar was in the door, leaving the room wide open! Fortunately, nothing appeared to have been stolen, but it was very unsettling. The A/C was great.

Very disappointed in this hotel. as far as the room: bed was broken. No mirror in room besides the bathroom.( you could see the holes in the wall where one should of been) Phone did not work.LobbY: no trash cans anywhere in lobby or out front. Lots of trash around because of no trash cans...Front deck not very helpfull with directions or asking about places to eat. Last night there the fire alarm went off at midnight..had to go out side..again at 3am went outside...again at 4am....so no sleep.. people where asking for late check out because of that and front deck was saying NO....

I checked in very very late for a one night stay during a long drive. I was greeted politely and promptly which is very important to me...cause I am made to feel important! bed was very confortable and clean. Everything was clean. Only complaint was the remote to the tv!!! batterys must have been dead or something. Terrible at changing channels. I was too tired to get it replaced but i'm sure they would have taken care of it. I would stay again for sure.

The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. This is the perfect location to go into downtown Annapolis and the Mall and shoppes! I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel staff,restaurant, bar, lobby, etc. very helpfull. Nearby restaurants & mall very convenient! Close to downtown & Naval Academy. Really enjoyed the town, the people, & the food!!

I was at a meeting. Room was cold but otherwise a very enjoyable stay would stay again
