Eh.
Requested non-smoking room when I booked with Orbitz, and I didn't get it. That basically wraps up the entire experience.

Could have been better
Since I come to Annapolis weekly, I stay at a bunch of hotels. This is my least favorite. The hallways smell like baby powder and smoke and the rooms are relatively dirty. It is definitely doable though. I feel like the price for the room is a little much though considering I have stay at some gorgeous inns in downtown Annapolis for 20 dollars less.

I was in Annapolis for a US Citizenship Swearing In ceremony - I became an American Citizen on July 4th 2011 Hotel was fine, worked well for its purpose - thought it had a pool but that was my mistake Lady at the front desk was very nice and made us feel very welcome

Worked for us
Went to graduation at Naval academy. It served it's purpose no problems. Pillows could of been better, but that was the only complaint. Much better then the other reviews I read about it.

Pleasant surprise
We were in town for the Naval Academy football game. After reading past reviews for this hotel I was leary to reserve, but could not afford the other available hotels. We were quite pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and willingness to please from the hotel staff. Our room safe was not working, and within 5 minutes of reporting that the staff repaired it. The bed was comfortable, the room quiet. Will definitely stay at this location again.

Where's the quality?
We had requested and thought we had confirmed a non-smoking room. When we checked in we were given a smoking room which reeked with chemicals used to kill the smoke odor (unsucessfully). The clerk's attitude was that they were full and that was that. We did get moved to a non-smoking room the next day. This room smelled better but the carpeting in the entire hotel should have been replaced years ago and the cleanliness of all the rooms was shoddy. We have stayed in this area on numerous occasions and have gotten rooms at comparably priced hotels that were much better cleaned and maintained.

Will do if you are desperate for a hotel
Room selection around Annapolis sold out very quickly due to local event. Quality Inn had the last two rooms available for 15 miles around. We booked Non-Smoking but were given Smoking Room when we arrived. There was no option for change. (It was very thick smoke smell in the room.) The hallway has a strong cleaning agent or "freshener" odor like the facility is trying to cover musty or other bad smells. Breakfast buffet did have 'make your own waffles' and hard boiled eggs plus muffins, pastries, cereal, OJ. Basically: if absolutely nothing else is available then you can book this as a last resort and at least not sleep in your car.
