Valet is the same as self-parking. Check-in was quick. Room was very nice as was the view. Bed was comfortable. Had a quiet, ... restful sleep. The in-room coffee and tea selections were fantastic.

The valet team was superior. Parking at the hotel was 22 overnight and internet service was additional and I failed to ... consider that and it was not indicated in the ad so I felt a little misled and /or disappointed. The location was excellent and it was very comfortable.

They were confused about how long we were staying there, and instead of fixing the issue, they said we had to go through ... Oribtz. However, when I reappeared in my wedding dress (because I got married that same day), they took care of the problem immediately.

We arrived at the hotel around 2:00 pm and check-in is 3:00 pm. We had traveled for 6 hrs. We were assured that they would ... get us in our room before 3. That did not happen. As a matter of fact, we would not have gotten in at 3 either if we hadn't agreed to take a smoking room. I have severe allergies, but we were tired and had our dog with us, so I agreed. Big mistake. Our clothes smelled like smoke for the rest of our vaca, which included a stop in DC. Not to mention my allergies acted up. I had also joined the Loews First program before leaving for vaca and they did upgrade us to a Jr Suite on the 2nd day.
