Great Place to Stay in Annapolis, MD
The location of this hotel is nearly perfect. It is close to the mall, town center, and only a 10 minute drive to downtown Annapolis. The cookies at check in are a great way to start your stay. The rooms have everything you need including a mini fridge, microwave, and a great TV. There is plenty of parking.

Good location, Great service
We were visiting Annapolis for a quick weekend getaway. Double Tree was in a great location, opposite the towne center mall, quick highway access to the waterfront main street. I was impressed by the service when I needed a refridgerator to store my take out food and I got one installed in my room in 10 minutes. They even provided a crib for my eight month old.

Not good
Got horrifying food poisoning the first night I was there from the hotel's food. The second night I had to be moved at 1am because of a huge group of teenagers on my floor being incredibly loud. Their group of chaperones were in the lobby getting drunk with actual entire bottles of wine in the lobby. This was all on a week night when the hotel was sponsoring my exam the next morning at 7:45am. I wish I had just did the commute instead. To be fair the positives were comfortable bedding and the Towne Center right across the street is very nice. The hotel took the food that sickened me off the bill and gave me a free breakfast buffet after the switching of the rooms at 1am.

Check your room conf. before you go.
Great location, easy to find. New Towne Center across the street. Biggest disappointment was that I went for a weekend getaway with my hubby, reserved a KING size room - got two doubles and - too bad, "we have no more king beds." Thought a reservation was just that - reserved for us so won't give away!

Pet Friendly Hotel Not for Everyone
[...] we were not aware this is a "pet friendly" hotel. Checked in on 2nd level and told our room was on the 1st fl. As we walked down our hall, we could hear dogs barking. We asked to be moved where pets had not slept in the beds (as I am allergic to pet dander) and were told the hotel was full. [...]
