Not a good stay. The front desk was friendly when we first checked in, however, they seem to not really pay attention to you after that. We stayed for a week, and room service was horrible. Every time we needed new towels, room service would take
the old ones and never return with new clean towels. We would have to go down to the front desk and request towels which got tiring after two weeks.
I guess there is some kind of family program there, there were guests who said they don't pay to stay there, some kind of welfare shelter, which i didn't mind except for the fact that there were kids running thru the hallways at all times of the night. Front desk closes at 5 so there's really no one to complain to. Which was unfortunate for my daughter who had the couch bed in the living room right next to the hallway door. You would figure the hotel would do there best to keep the non paying guest away from the paying guest, but that was not the case. Room service did not clean my room once, even though they advertise room cleanings once a week, yet, they were cleaning the non paying guests rooms daily. Seems like they have there priorities backwards. I've stayed at numerous hotels but i will definitely never stay there again.
My stay at this hotel was okay. I loved the location because it was close to all the restaurants. The staff was excellent. The rooms are built nice. The room had a stinch though, but was relatively clean. The covers appeared to have blood on them,
which you could tell had been washed, but it was a problem. Honestly, other than the blood on the cover, since I got rid of the stinch, the stay was alright.
