Another Great Time
We were here in February with our grandson and had a great time. When the opportunity came up to stay again, we did. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was just enough. We were in Worcester for the christening of our grandchildren and we needed 2 rooms for the additional family members. My brother in law was just as pleased as we were.

Pop Pop and Grammie
A night at the Inn
We went to visit my daughter and her family. We usually stay at their home but this trip we opted for one night at the Residence Inn. This was a great time, since we took out grandson back to the room for swimming and games. He stayed the night and in the morning enjoyed a free comp. breakfast. I will definatly come back.

Horrible Horrible Horrible
Since the moment I stepped into this hotel it was a disaster. Check-in was terrible, staff didn't speak fluent English. My room had a cigarette scent to it, even though the hotel is supposed to be "Smoke-Free". Management was not up to grade at all. Rates for this hotel are through the ceiling, I would rather stay somewhere else.
