The room price was more than double what it should have been. Noises all night. Worn furniture and chacked doors. No way would I recommend this for business.

The bathroom was not clean, the room smelled, there was not a clock in the room. The bed was okay. We were put into a room in a wing all by ourselves, which I found unusual. I am handicapped and the only two entrances available to us was either two flights of stairs or a long walk - we choice the walk. It also is located in a rough area of town. I would not stay there again.

Its worth for the money. Nice place to stay especially if you are working in Worcester!

I spent the weekend in Worcester for a family function along with my wife and needed to rest away from the children and the rest of the family. The location was ideal and most of the services were good including the check-in staff and the morning breakfast. I turned on my laptop and found out I needed a password to log in to the wireless service. I tried to call front desk and the phone had no dial tone. Was too tired to come down to the Lobby therefore was out of service the whole night, which sucked! I confronted the staff in the morning before I learned that we needed an ethernet cable and had to maneuver the phone in a certain way before we could call.

The air conditioner filters were extremely dirty. The looked like they were never changed. I cleaned them in the sink.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. The room was huge and very clean. Cleaning staff very friendly and accomodating. Just a bit nervous with people that were staying/living there? A few bumming cigarettes that were just out of rehab and told me that. Just seemed a bit strange to me. Seemed to be single mom's living there?

Drove up to the hotel and already realized that this was a place that I would not feel safe staying in. There were people hanging outside of the room, dark area surrounding the hotel and just an all around frightning experience.

well i have to say the only part of this hotel that was promising was the size of the beds (queen) most other places ive stayed only offered double and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in our time of need :)

booked for 4 days a week in advance. the room was not as clean as i would expect from a national chain. i picked it because of the pool, which was padlocked closed every time i went to use it. the hotel is near public housing, and i did observe "questionable" individuals wandering/loitering the parking lot, even though it is safe to say they probably weren't guests. park your car where you can see it and leave it empty. no ice in the hotel for one of the days, and my room was not cleaned the whole time i was there, although i was given plenty of clean towels. the breakfast was o.k,and i got the local paper every day. the hotel is at the end of a dead end street, so it's quiet, and the grounds were nicely kept. the staff were VERY helpful. they seem to be doing the best they can with what they have to work with. botom line, this hotel is o.k for a one night shower/bed situation, but the next time i go there for four days i'll stay somewhere else.

It was very enjoyable, very quiet but the pictures and the surrounding greenery do not match.
