Clean and comfortable with lots of "city" noise
Our hotel room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Have to pay for parking garage that is across the street. Having Pizzeria Uno in the lobby is convenient. Only complaint it the noise from the city streets - sirens, trains, etc. not much the hotel can control.

A Juggalos Good Time
This Hotel was amazing for our trip. Normally...groups like mine tend to get a bit of...shall we say...'Scorn' from most hotels and such. We are a little odd...and often roll into town on the heels of Horror convetions and the like. This hotel however was very kind, courteous and eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Not once did I encounter an employee with a foul attitude nor were any of our requests questioned. My only complaint...is that the hotel breakfast was a little pricey. Everything else was lovely.

what i think about my stay
Our room smelt of uraine, but they did change it right away. It was very close to every thing. The bed was very comfortable.

GOP Convention Stay at Hilton Garden Inn
Stayed at the hotel in Worcester for the GOP convention. Some of the front desk staff were very rude. Had a problem with no HOT water on Saturday morning at 7:00 A.M. Called to complain and the person at the front desk was very indignant. We weren't the only ones with no hot water. Said they would comp one night of our valet parking. BIG DEAL!! Then when we got our bill to check out, we were billed for the parking. Our room was not totally cleaned-just made the beds only. We will definitely NOT stay here again.

There are quite a lot of good restaurants in downtown Worcester, especially on Shrewsbury Street. Went to the Brew City Grill & Brew House-which was excellent!! Has been on the Phantom Gourmet show.

Good...
Just a night out with friends nothing major so it was good for that. The only issue I had was the check-in time being at 4:00 in the afternoon. This would seem fine except check-out was at noon. When I called ahead to see if there was any way I could arrive early there were "no rooms available for early check-in" (I was unaware this was even an option upon booking). Not sure why there is such a huge gap in time between check-out and check-in. I would have liked to be able to get there a little early to relax from my travels before going out with friends. Other than that the room was nice (I had the handicap accessible shower, which I'm not a fan of but whatever it was one night). Location! Location! Location! It was nice having the UNO's connected to the lobby, and the night life was great. I would recommend this hotel to a friend, but would advise staying more than one night because you seem rushed to get out and very delayed getting in.

Great Stay
This hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The only negative was the lack of wi-fi internet for the first night of our stay and not having room keys for the first six hours of our stay due to "the server being down". Also parking costs 8.95 to park across the street in a paking garage. Other then that the hotel was great, the staff was more then accomodating, and I would definitly stay with Hilton again.
