Nightmare experience
I was in town on business, and from the moment I checked in until I left the property the experience couldnt have been worse(unless I was robbed or harmed) I walked into a less than clean room(with hair and dirt from others), there was a concert in town and most of the other occupants were there for that occasion. Starting at 5pm and lasting at least til 3am there were many people smoking cigarette and weed in the hallways. There were drugs and nitrous balloons being sold openly and although I informed the front desk people( who were nice), they clearly were outnumbered. Tried falling asleep several times from 11pm til 3am and the noice level was out of control. I will never stay at ANY Hampton Inn again, they think they are a hotel but they are really just a fancy Motel.

Great hotel for any concert at DCU cente
We got this hotel room because we were going to see a concert. It was very close and easy to get to before & after the show. Customer Service was very friendly & understanding since I wasn't able to arrive until about 20 mins before the show started. Would definately stay there again!

Awesome hotel!
This hotel was great. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Palladium (we were in town for a concert and didn't have to pay for parking!) Nice hot breakfast in the morning, the beds were so comfortable and have awesome comforters with lots of fluffy spots. The towels were nice quality, room was very clean and spotless. Ample parking, well-lit, and seemed very safe and secure. Lots of hot chocolate and tea in the lobby available all night! :)

Sure Not the best I stay at!!!!
Where to start, 1st I live in America and English is our language in our Country, I wish this Hotel and others or anywhere you work in our great country you should speak English, what these people do out side of work I don't care, But when your dealing with customers and they don't speak English all the time, I feel like they could be saying something about me, But enough about that, the room was clean, But the HEAT in the room wouldn't work, I turn it up on the wall and it would not work, so wife and I where very cold.. The Bath room is very old fashion with this small sink, the shower is set up funny, in all this was was my worse stay at a hotel, I don't like leaving bad remarks, But I just was not happy at this hotel and will never go back!!!! Sorry. Ps. this not washing bed sheets ideal is not right, how do you know they wash them before we got there or after we left, I paid good money and I don't think they change the sheets after every use, Not good in this day and age with all the flu stuff going around.

2 night business stay
Courteous staff. AS far as Worcester (where I lived for 6 years), its one of the better locations - located centrally next to 290 & train station.

Armsby Abbey is a great place with a huge selection of belgian beers and gourmet food, for a great price.

Uno's is within walking distance as well as Starbucks. There is a short drive to IHOP and other places as well.
