Perfect for concert goers
I really enjoyed staying there. Went on a friday night after a concert at the DCU center and it was more than worth it. The hotel offered a free shuttle service to the venue and it was an easy walk back to the hotel. They have a very spacious parking lot too. My only complaint is that there weren't any body lotion or complimentary breakfast, but it was very affordable.

Not Bad
Had a pretty good stay here. The heater in the room was perfect. Nice and quiet. Hotel was booked solid because of power outages in parts of town because of the early season show storm. But still our room was quiet and did not hear any noise from other rooms. Comfortable beds but lumpy pillows. Best for the kids was the indoor pool. Also their friendly staff did not disappoint.

Overall Great, Breakfast wonderful
The driver of the shuttle to the DCU Center was very sweet. The staff was professional. Our room was clean, however there were some mechanical problems. Our door handle fell off. Only 1 screw in place and it fell out. I reattached it and let the front desk know. The round table w/lamp attached was wobbling it almost fell over, and the lamp by the desk, looked as though someone pulled the bulb out by the wires. So it was hanging on by a thread. I hope that they upgrade these things. The ceiling in the bathroom was also peeling. There must have been some issues with water damage. I would go back however, I would make sure that the room was well kept and maintained first. The breakfast was excellent. KQ

I booked this hotel room cause I have a friend coming to visit me, the room is clean and very comfortable to stay. There is also swimming pool at the first floor.

Comfortable
I was only at the hotel for one night to attend a conference. The lobby and my room were pleasant, the hotel staff were accommodating and I had no problems. I didn't realize that the breakfast was not included in the room fee, but that was the only issue I had, and was probably my own fault. The free coffee and tea in the lobby was great. My room was spacious and I was able to order a dinner salad and get it in about fifteen minutes -- better than a lot of room service experiences I have had!

Noisy, Rude, Unattentitive...
I called from desk to complain about noisy incoming guests that arrived at 11:30, and they assured me it would be handled. It wasn't, noise went on till1 1:30am, slamminf doors, laughing, etc. Won't stay here again...
