Hilton Boston/Woburn

The hotel was in the perfect location to enjoy a full weekend in the city of Boston. With just a ten minute drive from the hotel to the city, we got to enjoy the quiet of a small town with the fun of the city at a perfect price. The hotel was beautiful, quiet, and dark enough to enjoy sleeping in a little. I would come back again and I will definitely be reccommending this hotel to friends and family who might find themselves traveling in the area.

Overall good, but broken tv & elevator &dirty bath

The room was very clean. Although, I found a pack of cigarettes in the closet of my no-smoking room. The front desk never had enough staff. And, the public areas were never cleaned. I don't believe that the elevators were vacuumed even once during the 4 nights that I stayed there. The garbage was piled high by the ice machine. And, the buttons never worked on the elevator.

The hotel is conveniently located off 95. Underground parking was perfect for the rain. Check-in was smooth and fast. The indoor pool and bar are nice. The gym was well equipped and allowed for a decent workout. The room was a pretty good size. The only complaint i have is I've stayed at this hotel before and that room had a refrigerator this one didnt.

The location of the hotel was somewhat far from downtown Boston, but part of the initial appeal of staying here was the shuttle service to the train station. However, we found that we had to pay numerous times to get a taxi to/from the hotel, because the one shuttle van was unavailable or it was 'on the way' and didn't show up in the 10 minutes it takes to travel to/from the hotel to the station. The staff did try to make up for one of those times by paying for a cab, but we ended up paying more in transportation expenses out-of-pocket than expected. The hotel room itself was in ill repair and needed a serious upgrade. We found tears in the furniture, a scratch on the door, and the thermostat wasn't working properly. Overall, it has potential to be a nice hotel. In it's current state and spotty ground transportation, it is just not worth the discount compared to the more expensive (and higher quality) hotels in downtown Boston.

We stayed at this hotel to visit the city of Boston. We spent one night at the Hilton. The hotel was clean, and the service was very good. However, the location was not the best. Too far from the city of Boston and nothing to do around the hotel.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and we were pleased to go back. The rooms are much larger than those you would find in a city hotel, but the type of amenities (toiletry products, etc.)are comparable. The rooms are decorated in earth tones which lend a relaxing feel to the accommodations. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. We saw many kids in the hotel pool on our way in and out -- but we never heard them. I was impressed by how quiet the hotel is. One downside: it's a bit difficult to find the hotel once you get off the highway. It's off an access road -- but there are a couple of twists and turns to get to the hotel and not much signage.

Friendly helpful check in staff. Great service in the restaurant. Easy access to 128. Simple easy ride to Logan Airport

I had booked (and prepaid for) rooms in the Executive suite at an increased price, because of increased ameneties. When we arrived, there were no rooms available there, and were told it was "ok", as "all rooms the same" the desk clerk was instructed to "bump" someone else from the 2nd floor - we were given a room overlooking the pool and bar, which was noisy late into the night. TV and refrigerator were broken, but they did fix the 2nd night. Rooms very clean, all staff with exception of front desk were very friendly and helpful.
