Extended Stay Deluxe Boston - Woburn

This hotel was the dirtiest, filthiest most disgusting place I have seen. I would bet that many crack dens and meth cookers places are cleaner. There was mold growing on the trim in the bathroom, the bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn't drain, there were cigarette ashes burnt into the toilet seat and unkown stains on the walls. The "kitchen" was gross. The sink was full of either vomit chunks or old canned dog food. The counter top was stained and marred up like someone hacked up a body on it. the "tile" floor was craked in about 20 places and was greasy and slippery, like that of a fry shacks kitchen. There was food on the walls, the cabinets were filthy and I didn't want to touch them. the two burner stove was dirty. The toaster worked though. the dishwasher door fell off, and was dirtier than a garbage compactor. the rest of the place was no better. there was either boogers or or some other bodily fluids on the walls near the bed, the carpet was greasy and slimy. 5 minutes in barefeet left them black and sticky, prompting a shower. After thant we had to wear shoes as not to ruin our socks. I took pictures of everything and am going to be contacting extended stay corp office about the stay. we would have left except we had already been charged by orbitz for the room. I wouldn't even recommend this room to a homeless person as the alley they sleep in is more than likely cleaner.

The lady at the front desk here was lovely, and the hotel was convenient to major highways (93, 95, 128). Technically, it was well cleaned. But, everything just seemed gross. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke, and someone was smoking in the hall. The walls were thin. The mattresses were hard. The towels, tissues, sheets, etc were all thin and scratchy. Even though the room was large, it would have been worth paying a bit more a night for a nicer place. We were very happy we were only staying one night!

It was a very reasonable rate (read: LOW) and the hotel room was amazingly nice! Very attractive bed coverings, pillows, shams, lots of towels, lots of room, a desk, a couch, a full kitchenette, lots of light, easy to control heat. Except for the loud refrigerator, it was an extremely great stay! Nice little continental breakfast, too! I would stay there again - and will look for other Extended Stays in other parts of the country. Well done!

This is your average Extended Stay America brand hotel - very basic. Our room was clean except for the stained couch and the load of dust under our bed that aggravated my allergies. The kitchen equipment is minimal, not even a large spoon, so don't plan on stirring anything in the supplied pot. It's located right off RT 95 North and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance as well as a supermarket. The hotel doesn't have complimentary breakfast on weekends. The only staff we saw all weekend was the desk clerk, who was very pleasant.

This sort of place is designed for longer stays, but it suited me as a single senior for several days and at a more reasonable rate than some other hotel chains. The furnishings were simple and functional, but there were nice kitchen amenities, including utensils. The buiding was fairly new and the room appeared well kept. The TV was an older analog type, and its channel selection mediocre.

Room smelled strongly of mold and A/C compressor was noisy. Staff offered an odor spray to cover up, but no other solutions. They were aware room smelled from previous guests. Staff was friendly, but didn't resolve our issue. If room had not been paid for, we would have been out like a shot.

Good clean rooms with all the basics found in most hotels + full kitchen including dishwasher. Great price, just off highway handy to shopping. Exercise room & laundry facilities too!

Upon arrival in our room I noticed it was much smaller than other Extended Stays which I have been at. Our heater was so noisy that it over powered the TV in the room. I asked about the noise at the front desk and was told 'they are all noisy' and there was nothing they could do about it. No dishwasher soap was available, room cleaning was only weekly, had to hunt down staff to get additional coffee and soap for the room.

The girl who checked me in seemed nice but the next night when I asked her to do something for me like ring her sister hotel to see if they had space it was obvious it was all fake - here's the number call it yourself - thanks [...]!! The girl who checked me out was lovely even printing off directions to a place she said I must visit - Thanks [...].
