Courtyard by Marriott Boston Woburn/Boston North

Check in was good, but after that the stay was so so. We were very tired from traveling and decided to order room service. Our food took over an hour to arrive, the hamburger was not warm and the staff offered no apologies, even when this was brought to their attention. We were told the restaurant manager was the only person who could help us and she would not be in until the next day. At checkout, we again brought it to the staff's attention and I do have to say that Jamal apologized and then gave us the number for the restaurant and told us that we wold have to call after 3pm to talk to the manager. I was not given a receipt for checkout and was told it would be emailed to me. 5 days later and still no receipt. I'm not sure if this should have come from them or you, but I am not happy and will hesitate before using your company again if you are the one responsible for my receipt.

The hotel was great other than the loud heater inside the room and the it not working properly.

The service was excelent, very quiet, the room was very clean, the price very good, the water in the pool is really warm. 5 min to Burlington mall, 15 minutes to downtown using HWY 93. 10 minutes to Oak grove station. I am very happy with this hotel, I love Marriot hotels and I will stay there for sure in my next visit to Boston.

Had a great time staying at the hotel, friendly staff and considerate. Would diffently recommend this for anyone who wishes for a quiet relaxing stay.

The hotel was easy to find, right off the highway. Only 15 minutes from Boston. Customer service was outstanding, room was very nice, clean & quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our family trip to Boston, The Hotel was great, it was clean and also very convenient to downtown Boston.the staff was accommodating to all our needs and would definitely stay there the next time we r in town.

Overall a good place to stay. Front desk was helpful and polite. Room was good size, mostly updated and overall Marriott quality. King bed was not the best mattress, but ok. Extra sink in room with marble vanity was nice plus. Lobby was upscale with good business center and coffee area in morning. Nice fireplace and sitting area near bar lounge. Breakfast buffet was excellent and good price. Overall I'd stay again.

The room was great. Very clean and well kept. The TV was adequate, large screen HD with good programming. Only issue I had was in the restaurant. The room was nearly empty and the waitress, because I was alone, wanted to put me in a corner. The room never got over 25% utilization. I objected and was seated at a comfortable table instead, but it amounted to a confrontation with the waitress arguing about the people "about to come in" who never showed up. I gave her an adequate tip and the service was better the next day. This time the room was empty.

Hotel was great and located near many places to eat and for coffee in the morning

I stayed in the 2-queen bed room and the room was spacious and very clean. It was nice that the hotel was located close to the highway, but still inside a parkway so it was quiet. It was only a 10 minute drive into Boston and I will probably stay again at this hotel when I have to go to Boston.
